Matt was excellent. Great customer service and very tidy and professional looking installation. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

We had our charger installed early January. I set out exactly where I wanted it, where I wanted the cables ran and nothing was too big of an issue. Craig Fuentes was our fitter and he did a super job. Left the place as he found it and did a very neat job of the install. Thanks Craig, top bloke.

ChargedEV fitted a charging point through a work scheme. The pre-installation process was a little slow, but simple enough. Completed an online form about the electrics, house etc which was really straightforward and easy to complete. Helpful guidance on it made it simple. Once submitted, it said someone would be in contact within 3 working days - however no one called, so after a week I called them and went through some very simple questions/answers over the phone which moved the process to the next stage. I feel this part of the process could have been a little better, but nothing major. Fast forward to installation day a few weeks later: Will from ChargedEV messaged the day before with an estimated time, and turned up bang on time the next day. Will was really helpful, polite and courteous, and went through the best option for the install with me then cracked on immediately. His work was really clean and tidy, and he was clearly very considerate of our property. Would recommend/use ChargedEV again, and would definitely use Will again if we ever need to.

The service provided by the EV charge station engineer was outstanding from beginning to completion. Craig was professional,yet friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. No task was deemed unreasonable. He took time informing me of the app, price tariff’s, and how to physically use said charger. Thank you again!

Craig was extremely polite , friendly , had a highly professional , very knowledgeable diligent approach to the job .He was also meticulously tidy throughout the entire duration of the work .Craig also made a lovely effort to be hugely friendly to our little collie dog , which meant that she was very comfortable with Craig coming in and out .between house and garage. Engineer Jack Cook messaged throughout, Scheduled day before to say what time they’d arrive the next day and what to expect . Arrived promptly as stated . Went through Everything that was going to take place quickly and efficiently . Professionally done with no hassle and great attitude . Would highly recommend.

Aron Installed a Hive home charger for me. He messaged me when he was on his way about 30 mins beforehand. He has done a very efficient, tidy installation exactly as requested, in awful weather conditions. He also fully commissioned the charger and has answered many questions, patiently, helped me with hive app account.
