Great experience with my installer Matthew, very pleasant and friendly. The job was a bit non- standard too but all seemed to go smoothly! He made sure I was up and running on the app and all that too.

Very pleased with the service. Craig Fuentes spent ages in our cellar routing the cable so that there was the least disruption to the outside installation. The charger looks good on the wall and we discussed the best location. The installation took longer than expected due to our house being quite old and we are very pleased with the result.

Really good communication, my first date had to be rescheduled last minute as the installer was unexpectedly off but they were very quick to give me a new date that wasn't too far from the original date. The person who installed my charger (Will) was very lovely and very efficient. Everything was explained and I would definitely recommend them.

Great communication from the company, it was a lot of work taking photos, drawing plans that had to be uploaded via a link (but if worked perfectly). The engineer (Thakar) arrived on time and was very professional and explained everything as he went along and even stayed whilst I started my first charging session! The installation is neat and tidy and works a treat, well done!

How this firm have managed a 4.9 star rating is beyond me. It’s infuriating how impossible they are to get hold of. Numerous calls either promises of response “any day now”, and even a scheduled Google Meet appointment which I sat in for 30 minutes awaiting the agent’s appearance. Utterly useless. If you can’t keep up with demand you should switch off your advertising or affiliations.
