All my calls go through and I have yet to have a dropped call. Billing goes without a hitch. I switched my brother to Red Pocket 4 years ago and should have switched myself much earlier. ATT gave me dire warnings when I dropped them. "They don't own the towers, so you won't get the stellar treatment we can give." Service has always been prompt and accurate, which I can't say for ATT, so I ignored the bad-mouth. Keep it up.

I have four lines and no issues whatsoever. In the past, even if I had some sort of problem, RPM has great customer service to help things get worked out.The annual plans are a great option as well.
