Ever since I switched to RedPocket it looks like my phone is taking screenshots and my private accounts are froze like completely glitched

I seem to have no issues with voice and text coverage but the data is extremely slow to the point that I can't even download certain files. I had to switch to my wifi. I have an unlimited data plan and haven't even used up 500mb for the month so there's no excuse for the data to be that slow. Will consider switching to another provider. I am using the gsma (at&t) sim card so I shouldn't have these issues.

I like it. I only do prepaid services on my phones now so I have red pocket and mint with two different numbers. I would recommend red pocket. Great customer service.

Connection is easy and fast. The only time that we were unable to use Red Pocket, the other companies were also down. We understand that the government is still trying to determine what caused this.

Red Pocket customer service is on top of issues; I had contacted them multiple times prior to switching from another MVNO that costs $20.00 for only cell service [Data was $10.00/GB additional (Taxes and fees added on top of all that)]. My multiple contacts with Red Pocket customer service was over a period of time, from late 2023 and into early 2024 versus a once and done issue.
