United States | 02 February 2024I switched from Mint because I wanted to see how Red Pocket's (included) international coverage worked. I was in Europe last year, and Mint was unusable, unless you paid extra. I won't get the chance to try Red Pocket's international service until March, but so far I have been pleased with their domestic service. I upgraded my phone to a 5G model before switching, and the coverage and signal strength is MUCH BETTER! I am very satisfied with both my new phone and Red Pocket's cell phone service.

United States | 31 January 2024Red pocket simply doesn't provide what it advertises. Phone calls drop or are choppy about 50% of the time. Coverage in major metro areas (Seattle) only give you one bar. Customer service chat is friendly yet impotent and mostly just there to make you think they are trying to help. I reported them to BBB and hope to get a refund on the yearlong plan I purchased from them. International coverage in Canada works even less than 50% of the time. They advertised a small amount of data which didn't exist at all. (in Canada)

Other carriers take about 5-10 mins just to talk to a rep. I got to Karl right after clicking Rep in chat and he fixed my issue so fast that I had to give him top reviews. Thanks Red Pocket!

United States | 29 January 2024I was told not to go by the apparent good "reviews" RedPockect "collected". But I decided to give it a try anyway. I regret it - no two ways about it. We all have good and bad experience with various companies. Trust me, you can never have a worse experience than with RedPockect. This company is a joke. It's not possible to mention all the issues they gave me (and some of my friends). Tldr: they are a failure in every possible way they could be. EDIT: I see the standard reply. My review is taken very seriously etc. I have been told that same lie again and again whenever I contacted them - 19 times in three months. NOTHING ever got resolved.
