I'm glad I kept an eye on Redpocket since I seen the commercial on late night TV over a year ago and I was sure skeptical then. I hope one day everyone will use Redpocket.

United States | 29 January 2024I've been using red pocket mobile for several years and recently moved all my lines to redpocket mobile. So far the experience has been great. the yearly plan saves me lots of money without sacraficing quality. Cannot recommend more to anyone who's a value shopper.

United States | 27 January 2024Misleading information about international call. The call is only from US to other countries. Additionally, the international data plan is only for people in Canada and Mexico. When I reached customer service for help and refund, I called on the 8th day after activation, they said the limit is 7 days, sorry it is not possible. Updates as of 02/09, red pocket replied this review and indicated they will do investigation. I did respond to their private message and share my order history to prove that this is real experience. But nothing has been done on their side for any explanation.

United States | 25 January 2024I booked "30 Day- Unlimited Everything + 1GB high speeds" for $ 10.00. Telephone works fine, connections are stable and quite good. A connection to the internet via Red Pocket is not possible, at least not in the area of Naples/Florida. Whenever I try to access the internet nothing happens.

United States | 24 January 2024Best part of RedPocket is the ability to have a customer service rep answer a phone call in a few minutes. Unlike Verizon where it is a daunting task to get to a live person. The last rep I talked to at RP was Marcelo. the guy needs tip jar. I also like that tethering is free unlike Verizon that charges $10/mo. I saved $70+/mo by going to RP from Verizon on 2 lines.

United States | 21 January 2024On 01/14/2024 Via Apple Card I purchased an annual unlimited plan $376.61 and a physical sim card. The charge has been paid with confirmation via the Apple Card as of 01/14/2024. Yet. even with a confirmed payment i've not received my sim card, my redpocket account shows no credit for my purchase while i receive a daily email to "please return to Redpocket to com to finish your order. Though my Apple Card provides a receipt that in fact this order has been paid. Don't bother calling or seeking any support from the SUPERIOR customer service center, they barely speak English, they don't care about you and they will do everything in their power to ignore your request, tell you sorry for your frustration but we will try to help you, Just a bunch of Bull*hit

United States | 20 January 2024I received red pocket starter kit for annual eBay plan. I went through customer service online and live on phone. I know my phone is GSM unlocked since I bought this phone as an ATT prepaid and it was unlocked. I messaged for 3 days, called several times, got bounced around from agent to agent, opened an eBay case. I have useless service though my line is activated. It shows as activated online but I have no data or phone calls capability. The customer service agents are either from the Philippines or South America so they are difficult to understand and talk with. After transferring you from agent to agent they get tired of transferring the call from one to another and then they disconnect the line. This is the most horrible customer service imaginable. I'm asking eBay to help as their service is non-existent. I want a refund. Go elsewhere if you want quality customer service and reliable phone and data services. Red pocket mobile is not the place! I am very sorry to have become tangled up with them. I lost money, time, hours of my day, following their text support messages to turn on my service. Nothing worked. Since they don't want to deal with or interact with you they keep transferring you from agent to agent and I am certain they are entertained by our frustration. This is a very unkind and I want to put this behind me since it was so stressful and unnecessary. I believe in the name of customer service and the good of humanity customers deserve to have service and to be treated respectfully. Pay for a year and get nothing! If that's not crazy I don't know what is. I want a refund for services promised and not received. It is crooked to take over $100 and not get anything in return. I dislike wasting time, life energy and money. I hit all of these with red pocket. I opened up an eBay case, had my credit card company investigate and I was given a full refund for the annual plan. Red Pocket was not able to get the service started. Bouncing around from one message to another with wasteful and fruitless. It didn't seem to matter who I talked to. We did about 10 back and forth messages through eBay. I am grateful to have received my refund. I started with a new carrier and my phone and service was up and running and seven or eight minutes. No hassles no issues. I am glad to have this behind me.
