The phone works better with Red Pocket than it did with the previous carrier I tried. My son in-law found Red Pocket. Very pleased. No dropped calls!!!!

United States | 02 January 2024Redpocket is an incredible deal. I paid under $200 for an annual plan. The problem is that it isn't really an annual plan. The "annual" plan runs for 360 days only. Be aware of when you need to renew. I was not expecting to lose 5 days. Also, my plan was set to expire on Jan 2. I had already purchased a new plan for the new year, but redpocket automatically renewed my old plan and charged a cc that I no longer use. They charged me early on Jan 1 even though I had a day left on my plan. I have now been on the phone for over an hour trying to get a refund for something I did not purchase. No call, no text, no email, nothing in writing - no notification at all before charging my card. Service is fine and a great deal, but prepare your self for time and frustration on hold to resolve any issue. My parents both had the same issue today. Redpocket also charged them early, before their prevous plan expired,

United States | 29 December 2023Unlimited - whatever. I have the unlimited plan. At day 25 of the plan, I hit 31 GB. Instead of slowing down as stated in the coverage details, they turned off my data/texting ability. When contacted, was told I was going against their terms of service and that they could terminate service at any time. Agreed to turn on some data, but that was doing a favor. 2 days later, shut off again because had used 1 GB.
