If you are truly concerned with your hair loss problem, Hair Club, should have the solution for you. After having had three hair transplant procedures by Bosley, I still wasn't satisfied with the results. Those procedures were very costly and I still didn't have the hair volume I had hoped for. I decided to give Hair Club a try. To be honest, it took many months to get me to where I feel comfortable with my new hair and new look. What is amazing is that most people didn't have a clue that I had anything done! It takes time and the right stylist to get you to your comfort zone. And this is also an expensive option. If you want to look younger and feel better about yourself, Hair Club is the way to go.

I have always been blessed with a head of thick hair until I was involved in a life threatening accident, for which I was prescribed very high doses of steroids. That prescription caused my hair to thin significantly. My experience with Hair Club is/was a good one. I was able to at least stabilize my hair loss and thinning, but the regrowth has been limited, in my opinion.

I believe that for the cost of the hair there should be better ways to help teach people to work with them. Also products should be included not hundreds of extra dollars to care for the hair just ridiculous! All information should be provided up front no hidden costs ect. I love how i look but will never recommend this service....or lack there of!

It is an amazing team of caring people who offer solutions to people with little hope about their hair issues.

I went in with my mom for her to possibly get the treatment, but was not pleased at all. Well first off it was kind of pricy and the hassle of the mandatory maintenance of the hair (monthly appointments). When we told the person of the appointment with that we couldn't probably do it due to cost they said "So your husband doesn't want to see you happy." Or something along those lines, it honestly made me mad. So if my dad can't afford to get this, he doesn't love her. Once we said that it didn't look like it could do it they kept contacting us. Would never recommend to anyone, honestly would not like to ever deal with that rude person and just throw money down the drain for not so good looking results. Do not contact me.

Just doesn't work!

My first cut-in was great. One of the best cuts I have had in years. This second time--not real happy with. Looks a little choppy. Sides will not lay down correctly. The back is perfect. I do not like it when the sides are too short and will not lay down.

The sales reps ask you emotional questions at the beginning and then use your answers to close the deal and get you to commit right then and there. They did not disclose all the info and costs associated. After I did my own research on the treatment option they recommended, I found out that other people said that the strands were constantly falling out and that you had to continue to pay the like $500/m to maintain mediocre results.

The quality is inconsistent and does not improve with increased levels

The quality of the systems seems to have slipped from systems in the past. I have had several that got bald spots and this never happened before.

Since I have a new hairstylist I am very happy with my hair when leaving my appointment. The treatments have been helping and there is new hair growth. It does take a few months before you notice new hair growth. You have to do the maintenance at home with the products that is provided. That's the only way that you will get hair growth. It is work, but it is worth it!

The staff was super polite and on time (early even) It ended up to be too expensive for me, but if I had the extra money, I would definitely do it.

Two months prior to arriving in Las Vegas I made an appointment with a specific hair stylist that I prefer to have do my hair. When I arrived for my appointment they gave me somebody new. The frontal tape failed after four days and I was unable to get this taken care of because the office is closed on Sunday and Monday. There was no attempt to contact me to let me know that they had changed my stylist. Now I have to readjust my schedule again to get this problem fixed.
