I went in there thinking that I would see a dermatologist but I got to meet with a hairstylist who managed well but could not answer all my queries satisfactorily. It was nothing new to all the information that we get on Google these days and the remedies that she proposed were all that I had used and had adverse effects from! She did succeed in selling me a 1000$ band though. It was basically 4500$ plan that she wanted to sell.

Hair club for kids is such a generous gift for children suffering from all types of hair loss. Having hair that was not a disaster was a game changer for our daughter. It was wonderful to see her confidence and happiness return! Thank you!

Love HC and all the stylists. One complaint is when your stylist is in the process does she vanish for sometimes 20-30 minutes leaving you sitting there wondering where she is and why the wait. Do the stylists work on two clients at a time?

Expensive, and adhesives & glues do not work very well. I have been a client for over 20 years, and maybe 1 out of 4 visits the hair works well (stays on). After going to the HCM, you will need a friend to cut your hair again, otherwise it will look like a mop.

Customer service and product was way below standards that were represented. requested prorated refund after first style and they would not. would stay away from the Nashville, Brentwood facility.

The Hair Club is not what I expected.

I've been a user of the HC products for the past five years and have been totally satisfied, actually thrilled, with the solutions offered by HC and the care and professional styling I receive at any salon I have visited. I cannot imagine my life without the HC products that make me feel young and beautiful again! Thanks, guys!

I have been a Hair Club member since 1994 and honestly feel, aside from my satisfaction with the products (and the great improvements to the systems over the years), that it is the warm, competent and knowledgeable staff that have kept me coming back. On the extremely rare times I have had any issue, it has been resolved quickly and courteously. I am always greeted with a smile and treated like a VIP (and I am only a Gold Level member). I expect to be a loyal customer for years to come.

I have no problems with the people but my understanding was my hair was going to get treated along with hair additions. This is not happening

I find this office of HCM to be excellent. Everyone is very friendly and the technicians are top notch in quality.. Easy to get to, free parking, free coffee, water and snacks. I highly recommend this office.

If you're struggling with hair loss like I was this is the place to go. Thanks to the excellent team at Hair Club they were able to get me a fuller thincker look it as little as two months and helped me regain my confidence.

They know what they're doing and I get in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I don't know that the haircare services helped me, I can't say they hurt either. I would say status quo remained the same. I don't like their liquid minoxidil product, it's too greasy and clumps hair together making you appear thinner than you actually are. I used the foam generic Rogaine for a period of time and noticed a difference. The foam gave my hair some volume and didn't clump the hair. The liquid form is a mess. I will try another form of hair maintenence including considering a hair transplant (overseas) or new Platelet Rich Plasma injections.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE. THE HAIR REGROWTH PRODUCT IS MINIXYDOL AND IS SOLD IN SUPERMARKETS AND PHARMACIES EVERYWHERE. WHAT YOURE GETTING IS A STUPIDLY EXPENSIVE SHAMPOO AND BAD HAIRCOLORINGS WHICH THEY CLAIM ARE MERELY A SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
