Popped in today, because I had issues with a charging port on a phone, despite being a top of the range for its day was more than a few years out of any chain mender's ability to sort, (I'm looking at you Pocket Geek, Surrey Quays). Let's just say what a blinding bloke and an excellent service. 100/10 And no I'm not a bot or a family member. Genuinely honest service at a more than reasonable price ;-)

My email enquiry was responded to within minutes followed by a call to discuss my mobile phone issue as the USB charging port wouldn't connect or charge. Upon his advice I was able sort the problem out myself without need to visit the store. Very helpful and genuine. Thank you!

Really pleased these guys saved my data after my phone was water damaged, was incredibly important has had two of my beautiful dogs last ever photos plus 4000+ more photos that were precious. An added bonus is the phone seems to be working again too. Thank you

My surface Pro4 was having the dreaded flicker issue. They fixed that and notified me about the battery, usually costing a lot more to replace they replaced the screen and battery at a reasonable price.

I went to them with what I thought may be a virus on my iPad. They looked at it there and then and determined it was an aspect of Norton that was causing the problem and I disabled it. Very helpful and, despite my offer, declined to charge me.

The repair in question was to replace the charging port on my Samnsung mobile phone. I initially experienced some problems after the first repair but Fixfactor cheerfully accepted the phone back again and changed the connector again at no charge to me. It is now charging perfectly ansd has restored the reliability and usability of my phone. At all times during the complete repair process, Fixfactor kept me fully informed of each step. I fully recommend them.

Asked them to look at an iPad with water damage. Very reasonable fee to check the cause of the problem (battery and display). Appears uneconomical to repair since data isn't an issue (to be honest I was expecting this but they at least told me what would be needed) and they sent it back Special Delivery as requested, so overall despite not having a fixed device, they did what they promised so very happy with service and would use again.

I have been dealing with Fixfactor for many years mainly for small computer or phone problems. I have always found them to be friendly professional and quick. I needed to replace the battery on my OnePlus 7T and fixfactor were able to do this for me. Unfortunately the battery life of the replaced battery was poor. As soon as i told fixfactor about this they ordered a new battery and did another replacement at no extra charge. The new battery is working fine. Thanks a lot for your effective and helpful service!

Had to replace my iPhone 8 battery so made an appointment and went down and within 20 minutes all done. Great friendly service and excellent job done. Would highly recommend.

I rang Fixfactor in Wimbledon and my call was promptly taken by Adam (trust me, this is a rarity where most services do not even answer an online form after a week). We arranged to meet the same day and he clearly managed expectations in terms of price and time to repair. Adam clearly knew what he was doing and unlike many who simply replace items, he repaired the motherboard and then installed a new charge port and battery. He tested it in front of me and used another battery as he was not satisfied with the performance of the first replacement. Superb service and thank you Adam!

Before you think about getting a new phone really consider these guys. I have visited this place on three occasions (I have dropped my phone twice and recently my phone's USB stopped working). On every occasion the staff have been wonderful! Polite, efficient (repairs within an hour, letting me know when the part will be delivered) and always delivered in their promise to fix my phone. I reccomend then highly!
