I picked up my Honda Jazz from Rhys Measor last week, he has a pleasant/friendy and very helpful manor and makes you feel so at ease during the whole experience of buying a new car His knowledge is extensive and went through a lot of things with me, even setting up my phone and radio as I am of the older generation it doesn’t come easy with me and it was much appreciated, nothing was too much trouble well done John Banks Ipswich for having such a excellent member of staff

I chose an ENY1 model after meeting with one of John Banks Honda (Ipswich) sales people, Kymberley Cant, at an electric vehicle show. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very helpful. We didn't feel at all pressured and she arranged for a folow-up test drive. Kymberley was brilliant throughout and made the process of acquiring the vehicle easy and straightforward.

Fantastic service and support from John Banks Honda Ipswich. Ed, Rhys, Kimberley and Liam are always super attentive and truly show us that they care that we are happy. This is the 5th new car I have purchased from John Banks dealership. Although this is my first Honda I am delighted with it. Rhys Measor is an excellent ambassador for the company he made my visit to the show room a pleasant stress free experience From the trade in of my old car to the hand over of the new one he was excellent

I have just bought my car from this dealership and the salesman we dealt with was Will. He was fantastic from the moment we got there really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and no matter how many questions I asked or how trivial he was happy to help. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and to make buying the car an easy transaction (we travelled to get there) would highly reccomend this dealership and especially Will and certainly would use again in the future, and of course my car is fantastic to!

Sorry, but I can't find a way to modify the following complaint about Dacia, but it was John Banks Renault Garage in Ipswich not the Honda Garage, who are now trying to help me with the Renault/Dacia outlet.

This is my 2nd: disability car I have had from this dealership. The cars are always suited to my needs and I believe Suzuki have served me well. Indervidgerals from MOT'S Servicers, and Sales people through out the dealership, I have no complaints what so ever. Rob Beaton. Was the gentleman who looked after me from the test drive to the hand over of my brand new car. He helped me with the paper work, the registration with my plates on my car. He asked the questions with the mobility people. He had all the necessary answers well in time for the hand over. I believe that no other sales person, from any other dealership of Suzuki or any other manufacturer, could be as patent, respectful 💯 % always looking after my needs. Thank you Rob.

At some point, it’s not the failure of a company to deliver on a promise but rather the insult of their not even replying to your several requests for an update on a promised solution. We bought a used Dacia and were told that the missing part on the roof carrier bars then missing would be replaced. When we collected the car it was, but within days the gum they’d used to reattach it gave way and we nearly lost it. An email asking what they could do went unanswered for several days until someone called to say they would replace the bar. Then nothing for two months and still no word after two emails. The car may be fine without the bar, we hope so, but the post-purchase service was as sound and reliable as the bit of cheap gum they used to repair the roof bars. Be careful.

this is the forth car i have purchasd from john banks ipswitch.i always return as ilike doing business with people that treat me with respect and honesty.i met darren martin the sales person when i decided to purchase the new s cross darren was instrumental in helping me to make up my mind.darren was very helpful in explaining everything i needed to know about the new car.the rest of the staff in the showroom were also very helpful by getting water for my dog and coffee for myself.

Darren Martin (Ipswich) made myself very comfortable as he explained all details about the Suzuki Vitara so I was able to think about the positives and cons that suited my needs. I thought the service was tailored to my understanding. Darren was very helpful, happy and attentive throughout my sale.

my wife and i bought a car recently and was very pleased with the attention given to us from the moment we enterd the showroom greeted by rhys by name and then shown the car which was ready for us to test drive and so clean and well presented the great service carried on untill we decided that was the car my wife wanted paid deposit arranged collection day and the same service continued on collection day we cant thank you enough well done rhys

Just got my car back from having some software updates and general fixes done under warranty. So extremely impressed because I had rung around to other Renault dealerships and decided to cancel my other appointments to go to John Banks because I had been so impressed with their customer service over the phone. They weren’t sure which software update I needed at first but were extremely happy to help and encouraged me to bring it in for them to have a look. He also recommended I got everything looked at whilst I was there and asked if there was anything else they could do… so I ended getting very small faults like the drivers door handle sticking fixed too. Then the welcome I got on arrival and return with my car was just as friendly plus the hire car they kindly offered too meant the rest of my day wasn’t on hold whilst they had a look. The guy that served me even asked when I would need to know if my car was finished, to make sure I know when to expect his call. Very very impressed!
