I have just bought a car from the Cambridge branch. It was an excellent service from start to finish! Sam Cooke helped me find a lovely car in my price range from a different branch and kept me informed every step of the way. My new car is fantastic and I even had an email from Sam the day after I collected it to check everything was ok! I was set out to buy 2 bikes this week, one being brand new and the other second hand - then whilst I was waiting for a salesperson to contact me they sold the second hand one 🤷‍♂️ I was informed secondhand bike hadn’t even reached the website yet and I was clear on the fact I wanted it and the new one too. seriously poor service and communication. They can sell the brand new one to somebody else as well 👍 I personally will never step foot back into a John banks store again.

I’ve always had my cars from John Banks Suzuki as they’ve always taken such good care of me. This time was no exception and Darren made sure that I got exactly the right car for me. He took on board what I needed for my family and the price limit I had. Ryse was very helpful and friendly. Obviously he had some years of experience which was apparent from his confident demeanor. I felt the buying experience was not rushed and I was given time to arrive at my own conclusions. I was given ample time to experience the test drive on my own which I was grateful for and felt no pressure to make a decision immediately. The car was made ready at the agreed date and time and my queries were answered to my satisfaction. I was notified of a minor fault with the car and was given the option of delaying the collection or having the fault corrected at a later date, I chose the latter. Ryse rang a couple of days later to see how I was getting on and all is well. Thank you Ryse and John Banks for a pleasurable experience.

An all round no pressure, no hassle buying experience, I found car salesman “Rob” at John Banks (Bury St Edmunds) to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a reliable communicator. Although not buying an expensive car by today’s standards I was still made to feel that my custom was appreciated. Also, not being local I took advantage of the delivery option and was thankful for the curtesy car I used while work was carried out on my chosen vehicle.
