Rob Beaton at Bury St Edmunds John Banks is the best salesman I have had the pleasure of meeting. Nothing was too much trouble despite being busy he always made time to answer my various questions. I recently collected my Suzuki Vitara and he made sure that I was completely happy with everything in the car and has since contacted me to check that everything is OK. I wanted a car on the motability scheme and decided upon Suzuki having done that I was introduced to rob Beaton at the bury st Edmund’s branch who took me through the process from deciding what car I’d like (I chose a Suzuki swace) to the day of picking it up the whole process was made very simple and easy to understand any questions I had for rob was awnswerd with no issues he also kept me updated on the various stages of the process while waiting for that day of collecting my new car if this scheme is something you are considering and Suzuki is what your after then I would highly recommend rob for a smooth journey on getting yourself the vehicle you require and any adaptations you may also need
