I've had a great experience with both the Zanesville and Heath locations. I loved the first set of furniture I got so much, I decided to go back to finish my house with more furniture from Coconis. I have not received the bedroom set yet, but looking forward to getting it soon.

I recently bought a couch and loveseat and was excited to receive it only to not like it once it was delivered 😩... so the next day I went to the store to see what my options were... my sales lady and Bo worked with me to make sure that I was happy ... so I have now ordered a new set and waiting for it to arrive!!! We always buy at Coconis. You are never pressured to buy and the sales people are always kind and helpful. ( we love Harry) I also refer a lot of out of town people there. I refer all my out of town children there as well. Love the selections and displays.

Much larger floor selection of love seats compared to stores in Columbus near Tuttle Crossing. Excellent price on Flexsteel leather recliner. Free delivery and set-up (an extra charge from stores in Columbus). Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained construction and benefits. Obviously a very well-run family business. Our friends from Gratiot had highly recommended Coconis, and we do, too.

I have bought several pieces of furniture at Coconis thru the years. And have always got excellent service! And the staff is very friendly. And will help you find what you are looking for!! And the quality of their furniture is great. I'm the type person who enjoys help when im buying furniture. So that's why I like Coconis. There always up to date on there products. Its the best place to go in the area! A company that does there job well. Thank you from a satisfied customer.

The buying experience was fine. However, I bought a couch and paid in full on Nov 13th. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery on average. It's January 24 and I still have not received my couch. I called 2 weeks ago and the store manager at the Heath location where I bought it, said it was shipped and it would be about a week til delivery. There has been no communication from Coconis to update me on the status. I find this unacceptable. I purchased a mattress set from Coconis Heath and had issues as well on late delivery.

Service was excellent and the salesman was very helpful. We received our purchase the same week and everything was as ordered. The delivery staff was great. We have done business with Coconis for many years and will continue to do so.

We love Coconis! We have always gotten quality furnishings there. We have all kinds of furniture from there. We shop all the stores and everything has been easy for us to pickup and delivery is very good and on time! The service from Coconis is terrific. This is not like a big box store that tells you they can get it in three days and thirty days later you still don’t have your furniture. Quality furniture and quality folks!

I have purchased 3 or 4 times now from Coconis Furniture. I am extremely pleased with their professional sales staff, a great showroom with plenty of quality choices, and great financing options. I have purchased over $10,000 worth of furnirure so far, and have yet to pay a single penny on interest. I will continue to shop there for all my furniture needs. I probably will never purchase from Coconis again. We ordered a sofa on 10/25 and 6 weeks later they delivered a chair. We reordered(supposedly already on order since August) we never got delivery until Jan 5. Got run around every time we called on it. Not worth the hassle. I have spread the word. I am only one person but will let others know of my experience

Everyone was very helpful..I was having a hard time trying to pick 2 recliners,1 for me and other for my husband.With a height difference between he and I,I knew what fit me would not fit him.I asked one of your male sales people(who was the same height as my husband) to please sit in 2 different recliners for me.It worked out perfectly..Made buying so much easier,Thank you..

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery people were super as due to weather conditions they had to carry the furniture up a very long driveway. We would definitely shop there again. Respectfully, Mark Fulmer

The mattress we orginally purchased turned out to be a lemon as did the second one. They have taken care of us tirelessly. Still my preferred place to shop.
