Lisa Gamble greeted us promptly and assisted us in choosing a pair of recliners. She was very knowledgeable in all the products and helped us choose made in the USA when we stated we only bought that. She pointed out all the great features of each choice and was very patient when we couldn't make up our minds. When we liked one but not the fabric she showed us the fabric swatches and let us know we could change it. We are looking forward to getting our recliners and would definitely recommend your store to everyone!

United States | 03 February 2018I wasn't excited about the customer service we received we did come in late at night but my husband and I both work and it's very hard for us with our hours to get together and plan time to do extra shopping. The representative took a long time to write up the paper work the first night, three times she rewrote. Then we had to come back the next day because the store was closed. She told us the night before that we could be financed for 4 years and the next morning my husband had to work and he couldn't be there.because of our work hours. I really didn't care to not have him with me to make the final decision. When I came in the next morning I was early upon arrival, and expressed I had an appointment I had to be at an appointment by 12:30 and the representative re did the paperwork two more times and didnt seem to be concerned about my appt i needed to be there for. I ended up before I could get the paperwork finished I was late for my appt. I just was not pleased with the service. I thought it over and it just kept bothering me so my husband and I cancelled our order. I am sorry to report this, but feel that it needed to be recognized to maybe assist your store.

Friendly staff with fairly good knowledge of furniture and willing to go research if the answer is not clear. The only down was that I have to wait longer than expected for my new sofa but it is all good.

We bought a bedroom set and then went back 2 months later and bought a huge made to order dining room table and 12 chairs. Bo Coconis took a lot of time and helped us with our dining set himself. We are so happy with the look and quality of our furniture and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this store.

United States | 26 January 2018Sales lady was very nice. Informative. But she did fail to tell us that the new furniture that we ordered would be much much darker than what was on the sale floor. We liked the color of the sales floor. And we were shocked to find out that the sales floor sample was 7 years old and very faded, according to the sales lady. She said we could return it before 7 days, but we already gave away our old furniture and would have no furniture for anther 7 weeks. AND we would be charged a restocking fee. That was totally not ok. We picked out furniture that we thought was going to be a caramel color. And we received a coffee/mocha color. Beautiful color, but definitely not what we thought we were ordering. So please please please get rid of those samples and get floor models that are the true color of what the customers are ordering. We decided to keep the furniture. We pleaded with the sales lady to exchange that floor sample. Because it was quite a shock to get furniture that was completely the wrong color. I have pictures if you would like to see the difference.

The delivery process was not explained to me when I made the purchase but you clarified how it all works and I appreciate that. Not only do you have excellent customer service but you have gone out of your way to get me some of my furniture here sooner. I can’t thank you enough!! It’s a little hard to write a review when I haven’t received my furniture that I ordered back on Dec 30th!! Staff are friendly but it takes way to long to receive the items!! For this reason, I will think twice about using Coconis.
