I have purchased from Coconis in the past and have referred friends and family to your store. I just recently purchased bedroom and living room furnishings; bedroom items to be delivered next week and living room later on. The store scooter was a big help to me as I have limited mobility. Being able to look at everything in the store is the reason I purchased living room furniture even though my visit to Coconis was only to purchase beds. Sales lady, Janie, was extremely helpful. She not only answered all my questions, but looked up items on the computer to help me make a decision. I would definitely look her up next time I come into the store.

I had been eyeing the queen bed on my last few visits to Coconis, and new it was for me. I never bought my own bed before, and Barry made the process easy and painless. Thanks to one and all, I will be back soon!

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable.

The lamps were delivered in a box left in the middle of the floor The box was hard to open and the lamps had to be put together by me The dresser o ordered was put together before they delivered it I paid for the golden delivery and didn't expect to have to put together anything or unpack anything. The delivery guy didn't smile or seem friendly.

Barry met us as we walked in the door , he was very helpful throughout our visit . We were victims of a flood in June which we lost everything. He and the company went above and beyond to help us replace our dinette set , bedroom suite and living room suit . We would recommend Coconis to everyone.

I have ordered a loveseat that is estimated to take 3 - 5 weeks to come in so my transaction is not complete. However I did purchase end table set where I immediately took home the end tables but had no room for the coffee table & was allowed to wait on delivery when my order comes in which was very accommodating. I was extremely satisfied with saleswoman Laken Garnett very professional no high pressure. So excellent review so far,

Your friendly neighborhood furniture store... We have not gotten our sectional yet since we customized it but the buying experience was wonderful. Going to Coconis was a much better experience than other furniture stores. The best way to describe it is it was a no pressure buying atmosphere. We didn't feel hounded to make a purchase. Ester was amazing and attentive to our questions and in the color coordinations of the sofa and pillows. We can't wait to get our sectional. Will definitely go back if we need furniture in the future.

After a heart breaking experience of being sold a clearance item that was already sold but didn't get tagged, our sales rep helped us purchase a better sectional that was much cheaper. WE SAVED OVER $500!
