No pressure helpful costumer service and lots of inventory to choose from

We have purchased from coconis several times in the past and are never disappointed. Harry, our salesperson was very nice and caring, and never pushy. The delivery guys were excellent, friendly, and fast. They were also informative on how to work our new pieces and care for the electrical aspects. The financing option was amazing and made it affordable for us to have the couch and chairs we really loved but stick with our payment budget.

While in the show room everything went fairly smooth sales people did not hover or seem to pressure us in anyway yet they were there to answer any questions we might’ve had . What we chose was in stock it was only a couple days until it was scheduled to be delivered. Truly the only issue we had was they missed their delivery time by about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

Thanks to your sales person, Laken Garrett, our experience was very positive. She went out of her way to assure we got what we wanted without being pushy. She was very personable and exhibited a high level of knowledge and experience. We will definitely shop at Coconis again, and would recommend them to our friends.

We were able to purchase a chair off the floor. Usually this doesn't happen, but there was one on order to replace it, so they sold it to us. This was much needed since my wife will need to sleep in a chair due to surgery. They were able to accommodate our needs and it is much appreciated.

The salesman was very helpful and was not pushy. We chose a mattress that seemed comfortable in the store, but neither of us is getting a good night's sleep on it.

The sales person was extremely knowledgable and directed us to the perfect furniture for us. This could only have been achieved if she truly listened to what we said we wanted, and she did! The delivery personnel were very polite, efficient and took great care to see that they caused no damage during the delivery. They really cared about our satisfaction with our purchase and their job performance!

The sales rep did not pressure us to purchase more than we needed. He listened to what we wanted and guided us to what was available without pushing the more expensive models. I would recommend going there to anyone who was looking to purchase a mattress set or chair.
