Can't recommend highly enough. I always say that it's when things go wrong that you truly find out what a company is like. An item I ordered wasn't in stock. They rang me within a few minutes of placing the order and offered to upgrade to the next model for free. Their swift action meant I was still able to get the item delivered the next day. You really can't fault customer support like that :)

The most rude customer service to date. Allan the manager can’t even speak to customers in a nice manner to sort something out. To hear some of the comments he said from as a manager of a shop is horrible.

I had a problem with some Rapha Pro Team Winter Gloves I ordered from the team cycles website, I got in touch and my emails were promptly responded to and solved with a replacement pair within two emails! Posted out a received the following day! Will 100% use team cycles again, would expect better from Rapha but cannot fault Team Cycles!

Good price and prompt delivery for product purchased, but poor response from online assistant. Wanted to buy another product and add it to same order to avoid postage. Sent four messages. "We're here to help" it says. Nobody was!
