This was the only online retailer with the mudguards I wanted in stock. The price was comparable with other retailers and the goods were delivered within a few days and in good condition. I have not need to test any other aspects of their customer service.

My item said free delivery then I was told 2 days later it couldn't be pisted, so I arranged to pick it up then was told later on in the day that the bike was never in stock and then had to wait 5 days for a refund.
