The only reason I marked it a 4 is I wanted to change my DD to the beginning of the month and got told they wouldn’t change a DD regardless of what date. Otherwise ok

Absoloutly Terrible after sales service! I rang yesterday morning as I was having great trouble removing a tyre from a 'Trek Roscoe', the assistant I spoke to was no help what so ever! He was ignorant & indeed arrogant! We are not all professional riders or bike mechanics! & should be treat with more respect than I was yesterday morning, disgraceful!

Excellent (blind) bike fitting with Richard this morning. Once my appalling Speedplay knowledge was improved by 200% the fit went swiftly and filled me with confidence that I was about to spend (what I would consider to be) a lot of money on a bike that would fit me to within the mm. Having discussed some minor modifications to the machine to make it look and feel better I can't wait to take delivery next week.
