Second feedback in week, after sending the bike for refund team cycle refused to take it back as it’s ridden 50 miles and perfect saleable condition and nothing regarding any damage. After refusing they have sent bike back to me with damaged rear derailleur and derailleur hanger, had to go to balfe bike shop see what happened. After contacting them for refund again because of receiving damaged bike, specially TIM GRAHAM Store Manager of Team Cycles was saying it can easily fix and not willing to take the bike back. Really disappointed of team cycle customer care and service. Strongly not recommending team cycle and think twice before buying bike or any parts from this team cycle, it’s really hard to convince them to get refund or exchange once they sell goods and receiving very harsh emails back, there are plenty of other places to buy bike or parts example balfe bike, but definitely not the TEAM CYCLE

This is second bike I've ordered from Team cycles, delivered all the way to Highlands with no problems, great service!

I placed an order, received confirmation and payment was taken. I then received no further communication until I contacted customer services who advised I had been emailed and my order refunded due to part not being in stock. This is not the case. Still waiting on refund and order cancellation. I now have to source pedals locally for an event tomorrow.

Bike delivered to highlands (unlike some companies) exactly when they said it would be. A few minor issues with the bike due to couriers but team cycles were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Absolutely love this bike and recommend TC because the deliver when they say they will and have very good customer service

Ordered a Trek Rail 5 online. The delivery was very quick, customer services was helpful, and importantly, the bike arrived in one piece, fully operation and without a scratch (even though the box was a little battered - and it was delivered upside-down!).

I was having a few struggles with comfort and performance on my Trek Road Bike, I never had a bike fit as I always just set my bikes to my own comfort, but I was advised by the lads at Team Cycles to book up and get a bike fit with Richie....I was hoping for slight improvements to the set up, but Richie proved I was an absolute Country Mile away from where I should have been, not only that but my style of riding (flat out) was also hampering not only my performance but my enjoyment of riding. Its now a couple of weeks with the new set up and also my new.'Zone 2' Riding style and I have to say...it's been an absolute revelation! I feel like a new man on the bike, and it's not only much easier ride, the performance is with little effort is unreal. I'm constantly ready to head back on the road...much more energy and power in the legs. Richie and all the staff at Team Cycles are top drawer, and I really can't thank these guys enough for not only keeping me on the road, but actually keep improving me as a rider. Many months after using this company i got an email telling me i have subscribed to their website. I have never subscribed to Team Cycles and never do to any company due to the problems of advertising Emails and the safety issues at work this causes with my phone pinging for nonsense. Either my personal details have been hacked or someone at the company has decided against my wishes to subscribe me. There is no other reason either way this is a concerning breach of trust and no way to treat customers. Stay away if you value privacy and your personal details.

The amount of and quality of kit, bikes and accessories on this place is immense… and then the incredible knowledge of the staff at Team Cyles is as good as it gets! Well worth a visit if you’re ever close!

Everyone at Team Cycles could not be more helpful. They were brilliant when I bought my Trek bike and just as great when I needed to make a warranty claim for a replacement frame.
