Had my first bike fitting done by Richie at Team cycles. It was a brilliant service and I would recommend it to anyone. I had only ever guessed off the feel with setting up bikes in the past. After the bike fitting Richie had got the bike properly dialled in for me and it felt great, really pleased.

Had problems sending picture of broken bracket that Google told me was down to a server not accepting it ,however sorted out and bracket sent same day and received following morning. Thank you teamcycles. Not used bike yet but will be out ths weekend.

What a great company to deal with. My dealings with Tim and Alan and by default the whole of the Team Cycles team has been faultless over the last 5 days. Bought my bike last July from Team Cycles had a couple of issues regarding my bike since using it. I emailed Team Cycles and got a response the same day and the replacement part sent out straight away with no charge great customer service will totally recommend and will use again for parts or my next bike

Took my Trek Domane to Team Cycles for a repair and the help and advice give by Richard was excellent. The damaged seat post was replaced and the saddle was set up differently, which made the bike even more comfortable. All in all, great service from Team Cycles.

There was some very simple assembly to be done that was very straightforward.
