Just left the store tvte gateshead. Looking for storage to fit to my bike for a upcoming ride. Also some waterproof clothing. It's now 13.20...to find someone not walking around munching on their lunch, or someone with knowledge of bike types wasn't available today.. without actually seeing my bike they had not a clue.. asked about clothing, after seeing a seeing a jacket for £300+ to be told..."you get what you pay for"... not the best experience but definitely the last at TEAMCYCLES

Treated myself to a new Trek Fuel ex7 gen 6 full suspension mtb, the team were very helpful and responsive on whatsapp even on a sunday evening. Bike almost arrived the next day, i had to delay dpd 😂 so i cant fault them in anyway. Bike arrived fully built, literally just had to straighten the bars and set things up for my fit. Will definitel use again, infact my son is pushing me to buy him the blue version 👍

Excellent service delivered by Team Cycles. After finding my bike on the internet Team Cycles was by far the best price available. I recieved the bike the following day, which considering the distance was remarkable. I was kept informed all the way from order to dispatch. I received the bike with a plastic cap missing and a tool storage bag missing. After informing Team Cycles, Arron sent them out to me the same day. I could not have hoped for a better service and would highly recommend.

I'd been searching the Internet for a couple of days, trying to find a 2024 Cube Reaction 750 Hybrid Pro at a good price, and in stock. I eventually found one at Team Cycles, and placed my order. I got an unexpected, but very welcome surprise, when I received it, just 36hrs later. I hasten to add, I did get emails informing me of the pending delivery, but I missed them.🙄 The bike was well packaged, but unfortunately, the battery cover was slightly damaged. I contacted Team Cycles to ask for a replacement, I was contacted by Arron, who sourced a replacement, and arranged next day delivery. Fantastic customer service all round!
