Very helpful when I went to shop to see and try for size a Trek FX4 sport. Quickly adapted reach to make it suitable and confirmed bike was a good bike for my needs for the price None in stock in UK so would have to wait 2 weeks for delivery but was very happy to receive text after 8 days to say it was ready for collection. Collected today with mudguards and rack fitted and all ready to go !!!

Recently needed to get some advice about my bike as I was worried that I needed new bearings and a whole boat load of other things (different bike shop had advised what work as required). I was concerned so I took my bike to Team cycles and Matthew serviced my bike, he explained that I only actually needed new brake discs. Do not reply to reply to email. I have tried to contact Team Cycles to discuss and possible warranty claim. They responded to my fist email. However, it’s been nearly a month now and I have received no response. I have provided the documents I have been asked but no answer. Very poor service!!

I ordered an electric bike - MiRider One. It was on my wish list for a long time and was saving hard. The reason I chose this company was because of the payment plan that they offered that I couldn't find elsewhere. But they have exceeded all my expectations. The bike arrived very speedily as did the accessories under a separate delivery. All was packaged well and securely with no damage. The after sales service was fantastic, even getting a reply on a Sunday. The bike has met all my expectations and more. As a mature lady it has got me back doing bike rides again with my experienced rider husband. Even he is impressed and likes a go when I let him. Would recommend this bike and company to anyone looking for a bike or accessories.

Ordered a trek Marlin 8 and the price was the best I’d seen anywhere online and the bike came alot sooner than I expected. Bike had been PDI’d really well and had absolutely no issues. Couldn’t recommend Team Cycles enough and that’s someone who works in a bike shop them self.
