Ordered a 2021 Trex Powerfly 4 on Tuesday night, paid deposit & passed finance. Had a phone call on Wednesday morning from Team Cycles saying that they were bemused that I could order it, not available until September. My options were...I’ll see if I can find you something similar, although I doubt it or you can cancel... I cancelled. Funny though, checked the website tonight and I can still order it...1 left in stock.. apparently. Now it’s either very shoddy admin or take your money & try & sell you something else... avoid as far as I’m concerned

I bought a very expensive bike and the spec wasn’t as advertised. It was only a minor part but when so much money is spent, you should get what is advertised. The bike was supposed to be full Shimano Ultegra, but the bike was supplied with a 105 front mech. Team cycles brushed this off by saying it doesn’t matter, it works the same way. I agree. Wheels also work the same way, but if I’ve paid for something, I expect to receive it. The extra bits I have subsequently bought, such as Helmet, tyres, some tools, pedals, maintenance stand, lights, shoes and other bits and bobs would have been purchased from this shop had the attention to my problem been rectified. Very Disappointed really. Not great service for a customer spending £1000’s of pounds.

Shockingly bad. I ordered a (£2500) bike from them on 7 Jan and received an order confirmation with "We will prepare this item quickly and carefully and have it dispatched in 4 days." 7 days later and I have heard nothing from them (other than them having taken full payment from my credit) card). On calling them it turns out that the bike s not only not yet dispatched, but not even in stock yet! Seems to me to be frankly dishonest to take my money without their having any possibility to fulfill the order and then, to add insult to injury, not even contact me to say so.

I was looking to upgrade my bike to a full suspension so after some research online i found Teamcycles. I cant thank Peter and the rest of the team enough at Teamcycles for all their help in choosing my new bike, Peter explained everything i needed to know and even set the bike up for me when i arrived to pick it up. I would highly recommend this company

I've been looking for a new bike and decided to go in and see some bikes for myself. Firstly, I'm really impressed with the covid measures they're taking, asking everyone nicely to sanitise, wear face coverings and they keep a good distance. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure, just good questions asked in order to find a suitable bike for me. I advised that I'd not be making a purchase that day and they were fine with it, even giving me a test ride. Went back the next day, made a purchase and they were able to sort a bike out that day. I'll use them again.

I had to order my bike from Team Cycles as i was let down by our local bike shop (I live 200 miles away from Team Cycles), the service was excellent definitely recommend :)

Fantastic and 100% recommended. I purchased my first road bike which was a Trek Amonda SLR. I had very little knowledge about bikes and the service I received was better than excellent I ended up returning to purchase a Helmet, Cycling Shoes and Clothing instead of shopping online. Well worth a visit as they have all you need and the experience was brilliant.

Team Cycles is great company - I say that because they are value for money, great service and on the ball support. I was looking for a specific bike trainer and it was out of stock in a number of outlets. Found it on team cycles website so I went ahead and purchased it from them which was my first order. It was processed right away and next day delivery. Can’t ask for more and will always keep them in mind for future orders.

Ordered a Trek Marlin 6 during lockdown from Team Cycles and picked up this week. Turn around was approximately 3 weeks due to every man and his dog buying bikes. Would recommend anyone to use them. 👍

Ordered my bike a week ago now and the only thing I received was an order confirmation ? emailed them to ask what the update of my order was but received no reply. I would be grateful if someone could tell me what’s going on please team cycles, as you were quick enough to take the money out my account. Regards.

Since the bike place shut down I’ve been buying all my bikes from Team Cycles and they have always been a dream to deal with. Smart guys, not pushy and in your corner when it comes to warranty work. Great example, my Trek Powerfly LT7 battery came loose and it turned out to need a new frame. The guys handled everything and rebuilt the entire bike in less than 2 days of receiving the new frame from Trek. I was already very pleased with their aftercare but they really went the extra mile for me and I am very grateful for that. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest and friendly bike shop then you’ve found it!

Really good service and all the team had a sense of humour which was required as my daughter of 8 wanted everything turquoise, yet we were buying a bike for her mum!
