I was offered a full refund, but decided to wait and was rewarded with some freebies and discount. Brilliant company which I wouldn't hesitate to use again when the need arises.

I bought Wahoo Kickr Core. Everything ok. Great finance option. I give 4 stars only for a late delivery. The item was sent on Wednesday night, when all the paper work was done on Monday and then UPS delayed a delivery to Friday. But I got 10% off for the next purchase as a compensation. Happy with Team Cycle overall.

Would have liked better communication about the purchase delay which was the suppliers fault.

Product I purchased was perfect, problem I had was with the postage! I had no options but to pay £4.99 for a small part which cost £8.99! So for £4.99 I was expecting a little more, ordered on Monday received Thursday. Item was posted in a second hand envelope and posted 2nd class costing £1.89 (it was on the postal label)? So I would usually expect to get what I paid for but in these circumstances that definitely wasn’t the case! Will I use again? Only if I have to i.e I really can’t find what I’m looking for elsewhere!!! Which is a shame as first purchase and potentially a new customer will now do whatever possible to avoid!!
