Sales person Paul was lovely and explained everything well. Surveyor was helpful. Phil the fitter was lovely cleaned up after himself and took all the rubbish away. Had a short delay getting my kitchen door fitted but ess was kept informed of this and admin staff where always helpful I would recommend your company to family and friends.

the product was great and the person called terry who installed the windows, he was superb and was very cafefull with the whole task inside and outside the house, windows look great and very well made, need other windows which we might change at a later date and would ask for same product and person to fit

The quality of the windows and installation are generally good. I would have given them 5 stars if they made less mistakes on the orders.

Broken seals around windows allowing bedrooms to get mouldy. 2 attempts for an engineer to repair the seals and they are still broken. When asking someone to come out for sticking buttons, advice was to spray furniture polish on to loosen it. That then broke the handle completely and we were told we should be liable for the cost of the repair due to their terms and conditions! Then expected us to wait 10 weeks for a repair when we have a bathroom window we can’t lock, minus temperatures over night with a small baby and toddler we have to bath in a freezing cold bathroom. A 10 year warranty sounds good until they start quoting terms and conditions when you’ve followed their advice, and then you are waiting 10 - 12 weeks for an “engineer to be in your area” and then the repairs don’t even last a week. This has been ongoing since November and the issues are still not resolved. Steer clear Edit in response to Britelites response - I indicated to the customer service person I spoke to when arranging the original repair that I had 2 small children and mould growing around the windows to be told “wipe the windows down that is to be expected at this time of year” so I had to reiterate the broken seal problem to get them to book a visit at all. If someone wants to contact me to escalate this I can forward the email chain.

We were experiencing problems closing a bedroom window and got in touch with Britelite thinking we would have to replace it. We had used them quite a few years ago and had been pleased with their service and staff. Their representative arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and courteous. He checked the window, recognised it as one they had fitted and told us that a repair would be possible to solve the problem. He then called his office and established that the installation had been done in 2015 so was still under their 10 year guarantee. An appointment has now been made for this work to be carried out free of charge. We could not be more pleased with the service we have been given – having expected to be paying out for a completely new window. 10 out of 10 for this Britelite salesman Ray Waldock, for the company and for their guarantee.

Had a really good experience good lads know what they're doing with the product really good product as well has made a huge difference in my house feels less drafty only little downfall was the next day the adjustments was off due to a lot of sun the next day called britelite and they had someone come out instantly and rectify the problem otherwise would be full stars

3 windows fitted, there was a problem with a hinges in one of the windows but it was resolved quickly ( hinges need to be changed so the window was fire exit).

We have now lived with our new secondary glazing for a month. It has made a hug difference to our bedroom. We're sleeping better because there is so much less noise and there are also fewer drafts from our window. I recommend their secondary glazing very highly and the company was very easy to work with.

The installers were brilliant. Our bungalow now has a completely different, up to date look. We are so happy with the attention to detail and the quality of both the windows and the brickwork/plastering.
