They allow exchanges, but only if you log on to their site and submit a request for exchange within 5 days (I think) of receiving a box. 4. I was very disappointed in the quality of the items. 5. Customer service was very unresponsive, only communicates by email. So I am now stuck with a box of clothes, not a single one I wish to keep. My daughter used Stichfix for a long time and it was great. Stately sucked.

I signed up for the presidential box thinking It would be a better value. The items they sent were decent but the whole exchange process is a mess.

United States | 12 May 2023I’ve had to return items three times in a row as my “stylist” totally missed the mark and apparently did not consider my profile. The most recent order included a pair of 28x30 pants when I wear a 34x32 which is in my profile. With each return the customer has to pay shipping so any savings I thought I might achieve has been eaten by shipping. Several items are still in my closet with tags as I tried to keep them. DON’T try this unless you really hate shopping and will wear clothes that don’t fit or aren’t your style!

After 1st shipment was a total miss returned for another asked for business clothes got a polo and khaki shorts and a cheesy watch which the charge $100 and is not returnable, 1st return they gave me a shipping label after they messed up 2nd order they say they only cover 1 return shipping per account. I have to pay the shipping for their mistake. Shop elsewhere.

United States | 19 April 2023I ordered three Regal boxes from Stately, and after seven total exchanges with them, I have officially unsubscribed from their service. My biggest complaints from the company are: 1: All the professional clothes that are advertised on IG and Facebook are never delivered in a box. You may sign up for that style preference on their site, but you won't see them in the box. Most of their selections are geared towards young professionals with in a relaxed casual work environment - not really anything you can wear to chic establishments nor to a more business casual office environment. 2: These clothes are more for men with a svelte physic (like all their models), and not athletic men that have broad shoulders, muscular arms, average stomach, and don't skip leg day. The clothes offered are very conforming, and don't offer any flex or movement for this body type. Yes, there are some pieces I've kept, and they will do the trick for the right occasion, but nothing I can really wear to the office. After six months of trying this service, I'm done. I've provided detailed constructive feedback on every garment they've sent, including photos, and provide details on what works and what doesn't, but none of the stylists listen. Had they actually took note of my feedback, and sent garments that fit me better for my office and in general, I would still subscribe. But for now, buyer beware that this may be more hassle than what it's worth.

I ordered my first box and was surprised to thoroughly enjoy my outfits. Customer service is great and you’re able to chat. I really appreciated the letter stating how to match my outfit. United States | 18 April 2023The clothing was poorly made, not the correct size, and did not match the styles I requested. I got two boxes from them, and both were filled with subpar clothing with poor stitching and sized wrong. I reached out to customer service and informed them I just wanted my money back, I was told that they would not refund anything and I could keep exchanging what they sent me as long as I paid for the shipping on everything after the first box.

United States | 16 April 2023My husband asked for lightweight clothing, as we live in SC. The first box was all heavy things. We called them back to return some and they replaced it with other heavy things, heavy corduroy jackets, etc. So you can’t send back a second time unless you pay for the return. So he just kept them, but told them again, lighter items. Second box comes, he has to return things! Too much hassle, so he cancelled, next month, we get another box! We didn’t open it, and when we called about it, we had to leave s message saying that another shipment came, and we weren’t paying for it and that he had cancelled it last month. They weren’t calling back, and we still have yet to get this resolved. That was 6 weeks ago, and it’s on the credit card! We advise caution when dealing with this co.

United States | 13 April 2023They first round was truly awful. I gave them suggestions on what I'd wear and they were way off base. I sent it back and they sent me a second set, accept for some items that can't be returned. The second box was better but they sent me a belt that was two sizes too big and a pair of pants that were about three sizes too big. They won't let you return items a second time unless you pay for it. I'm not sure how items sent in the wrong size warrants me paying to send it back. The simple solution is not to use them.

United States | 12 April 2023After having just received my first Stately Men personalized selection of clothing, I am deeply impressed. I adored everything they selected for me. I have never felt so good about my appearance as I did looking in the mirror wearing the shirts and pants they selected. I look forward to wearing my new clothing when out and about. I had one item I needed to exchange. Although the label indicated the correct pant size, they were too large. Going back to their web site to initiate an exchange, they may it very simple in just a few clicks. I look forward to a continued business relationship with Stately. Update: Any return after the initial one requires the customer to pay for shipping. One pair of slacks in the initial order was too large, even though it matched my size. They second month, they sent the same style of pants once again, and again too large.

United States | 11 April 2023Listen to the 1-star reviews!! No refunds. Im having to go through my CC company. GET CONFIRMATION of cancellation. Its a game they play. You only thought you cancelled. The day after processing your payment, they will not cancel the order or issue a refund. I have yet to talk with a stylist. Gone are the days of Trunk Club and great customer service and a stylist you can email and discuss. I have yet to receive a shirt that fits me. The shoes are cheap, the quality is poor. I get better clothes and better quality through StichFix. Customer service will do nothing to help you. Oh, and you pay, then wait 2 weeks for them to process your order and ship. Plenty of time to cancel. Nope, not happening. I miss trunk club

It’s always great to get more stuff from them. They’ve also listened to my thoughts as I personalized even more the style I prefer. I recommend them and think it’s a great way to receive clothes and more!

If you are already using them and cancel, email for confirmation and keep some sort of proof, their online cancelation form will not automatically generate it.

The combination of colors and styles has been great. I also love how the clothes fit me. The pants are not too tight and cut too short like a lot of the new modern cuts. Keep up the great work, team Stately!

It wasn’t that they didn’t fit, they were the wrong sizes as if they completely disregarded my profile and the conversation with the stylist. Customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them.

An online clothing retailer not allowing returns should immediately reflect the quality and trust they have in their products. Other companies like Stich Fix base their successful model on exchanging clothes back and forth to ensure satisfaction. Stately is an actual SCAM.

United States | 27 March 2023Curated in California for no one else outside California. I was trying to find a replacement service for the Nordstrom one that was discontinued. I thought I would try Stately but it's awful. The company will send you poorly styled clothing and then make it really really difficult to return. The first box I received was clearly not meant for someone living outside a 1 mi radius of the Stately office. I live in New England and the selections were not only poor choices for the weather but not even close to the local style here. What's worse the one or two shirts I did keep pilled up after 1 wash. So they're sending poorly made stuff styled for people other than me. Connecting with the company is also an unfortunate experience. Nothing is done synchronously nor with any empathy. I'm still battling them over email to try to get them to stop sending me stuff. This company is setup for one thing only: to make Stately money through trickery of fine print and terrible style. It's so easy to find another option. Just avoid this one and save yourself the hassle.
