Great experience right from placing order to delivery

I tried two mattresses from JRBD and settled on the second. The entire experience of dealing with them was exceptional. Notably, there were absolutely no questions asked when I expressed dissatisfaction with my first choice. A replacement was arranged by JRBD and the delivery company exchanged the mattresses without any fuss. A refund of the (significant) difference in price was made promptly. I'd have no hesitation in buying again.

I'm reviewing a "Artisan Naturals Mattress - Double Size, Medium" matress delivered at the back end of February 2022. Not really much point in doing a review on delivery, is there? So, 15 months on, the key points are: 1 Firmer than expected. 2 Fairly comfortable. I think I would have preferred something a little softer but I can sleep on anything! 3 At 75Kg, surprisingly heavy and an effort to turn by myself. 4 If there's been any "sag" it's been in all the right places! 5 Undoubted quality materials and workmanship. 6 Pricey. I've recently had a good nights sleep on soft B&B beds and Youth Hostel beds neither of which can have been expensive. Overall I'm happy I bought it. A special mention to the delivery guys - both Mr Keenn and Mr Able turned up on the day and lived up to their names!

Excellent zip and link mattress - high quality hand made and very comfortable for a great night's sleep. Delivery was a week earlier than expected also very professional with mattress carried by the delivery guys up to our bedroom.

Good advice from sales staff prior to purchase, order turned around quicker than estimated. Delivery firm (keen & Able) very good. We paid extra for the recycling of our old mattress which we thought was worth the peace of mind that it wouldn't end up in landfill or fly-tipped! Mattress seems to be good quality and comfortable, we're still in the bedding in stage right now so time will ultimately tell.

Firstly I’d like to say the ordering process and delivery of the mattress was perfectly fine. My main gripe and problem is their guarantee/warranty is to be weary of. My mattress is 2 years old and has sagged a lot which they just send the same copy/paste email back stating natural settlement and it’s not covered. I’ve had cheaper mattresses in the past which have lasted 5+ years and this which was a very comfortable mattress does nothing but give me and my partner major back pain leaving me with no option but to look for another, and these mattresses are far from cheap.

Really impressed with the service from ordering to delivery. The bed is top quality! The mattress is so deep and luxurious . I really feel John Ryan addressed my individual sleeping needs to provide me with a bed perfect for me. I love the storage space underneath and the matching base and headboard. It really has transformed my bed room and now I can finally get a really good nights sleep . You can tell by the detail on the mattress just how well made it is .

Excellent service. The information online was very helpful and having placed our order we received a telephone call to check the details and ensure we had chosen the right mattress for us. It arrived early, was delivered when advised, all the packaging removed and our old mattress taken away. The whole process went very smoothly. Our new mattress is very comfortable and we are very pleased with it.

I was a bit worried about buying mattresses online but need not have been. After ordering I got a phone call from customer service to go through our weights etc as I was ordering king size linked beds. So felt a lot happier. They arrived on the date I expected. I would advice opening them a few days before you want them on the bed as the fire retardant smell is quite strong. But apart from that I am having the most comfortable nights sleep without the need for a topper. Highly recommend
