Thank you John Ryan for delivery of new bed, headboard and mattress. Excellent, professional service from start to finish. Spent a long time on the phone with a very knowledgeable advisor who made sure the bed and mattress suited exactly what both my husband and me wanted. I ordered 31st May and was told 4 weeks until it would be made and then the courier would deliver the following week. 25th June I received a call from John Ryan asking if delivery 27th was OK. Courier called at 830am advised they will deliver 930am. They came right on time, all PPE in place and even wore protective shoes while in the house. The bed was assembled and all packing and old mattress taken away. 8 nights of sleeping and we love it. The most comfortable bed and best night sleep ever. No aching back or stiff neck. The only trouble is it's so comfy we struggle to get up on a morning ha ha. Excellent quality and excellent service. I'd highly recommend buying from John Ryan

Mattress is acceptably comfortable at first (despite deep button-nodes on the surface creating an undulated surface). After falling asleep relatively comfortably I invariably awake in middle of night with back pain due to the lack of support from sinking into the ditch in centre of mattress. (This, you’ll be assured by manufacture, is ‘natural settlement’ and is to be expected from John Ryan bespoke beds - despite you flipping the huge mattress every month as your warranty prescribes). ‘Great‘ I think as I try to ignore my sore back for the next hour and resentfully ponder the holiday we could have enjoyed for the price of this farcically huge joke bed. Eventually, I drag myself out from under the duvet, straighten my back, walk across the landing to the spare bedroom, where we still have the £200 mattress we used before ‘investing’ in this high-quality bespoke bed from John Ryan By design less than 1 year ago. I climb in. It’s cold, but immediately I notice the difference: firm, level, supportive. I drift-off instantly 😴 ...thank goodness we didn’t throw this cheap mattress out. Now, what am I going to do with that huge white elephant that John Ryan fobbed me off with? (FYI - They suggest I flog it on gumtree. Please get in touch if you’d like it. Free to collect)

Great customer service and a fantastic bespoke product. Once order was placed, I received a call to confirm that my specified mattress was appropriate for my wife and I. Though it was confirmed suitable, I did appreciate the service of talking me through my purchase and ensuring a bespoke product would not end up a costly mistake. I then received an email from their courier suggesting a delivery date and asking me to confirm it was convenient. On the day of delivery, the delivery team were courteous and happy to bring the mattress, which was well wrapped in protective plastic, inside. We bought the Bespoke 004 in a zip-link super king. We've found it very supportive and comfortable. We knew the upholstery would be firm and thought this best as we were putting it on a sprung divan base and also using an alpaca topper which would soften it. If honest, it is still a little firm, but I heard from Savoir and others that similar mattresses are significantly firmer to start with and take a few weeks/months to soften. Would definitely recommend this manufacturer and their mattresses.

Excellent website with lots of essential information helping us to select the best possible mattress. This was backed up by really good customer service and the opportunity to talk one to one to discuss our specific needs. The delivery too was brilliant, to time and conducted in the appropriate way bearing in mind the cost of the mattress. The only improvement we can suggest would be a follow-up phone call from John Ryan just to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.
