Great service and great mattress. I feel like I’ve never slept well until now, but I did have really cheap mattresses before. I got the Artisan Naturals and it’s lovely and warm and just right. I swear my back pain has reduced since sleeping in this bed. Love the sheen and finish on the mattress too. It’s a heavy fella! I say go for it, so glad I did.

In all truth I have only just received the mattress, so can't comment on longevity just yet. BUT that said - the Origins mattress is insanely comfy - like sleeping on a cloud. I actually sent back my Simba mattress after not getting on with it, and this JR one is simply incomparable. Forget the questionable marketing tactics and low cost manufacturing of these "mattress in a box" companies. I will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Many thanks

Fast service and brought into house and up stairs saved us a struggle

It’s quite hard to write a bad review regarding this company and having purchased before, the buying process was fine , even a telephone call afterwards to chat about my choice , the issue only started with delivery, for a mattress of this quality and price one would not expect it to be thrown out of the van and dragged down the driveway and over the door threshold, this shouldn’t happen with a £100 mattress let alone a nearly £4000 one . All I can say is thank god for double wrapping as this surely saved the Mattress

I had been looking for a new mattress and found John Ryan's online buying guides informative and non biased - I had no idea how much went into making a mattress properly! I enquired about purchasing one that was on offer and the lovely lady on the phone went through lots of detail with me, to ensure that it was the right item for me. I had gone round and round looking at all sorts of different types but could not make up my mind. My new mattress is beautifully made and so comfortable. Fabulous customer experience from John Ryan start to finish. Great advice, flexible options, speedy service, value for money and a wonderful replacement bed for our 30 year old ViSpring. So comfortable - (and don’t tell anyone but half the price for the same quality and luxury).

Great experience and most importantly great mattress. The only issue I had was that the bed wasn't unpacked upon delivery and I didn't remember to ask the crew to do that. Would definitely recommend John Ryan though, far better than Emma, Simba who I had tried before.

Helpful staff. However we decided to return the mattress as it sagged more than we felt comfortable with as ‘settling’. It’s a shame as the mistress is comfortable however long term we were not confident that if would not get progressively worse. No problems arranging delivery, or return. Fast, efficient & friendly service.
