Great service from start to finish

Very pleased with the bed.

After receiving reply, I've decided to give full 5 stars! Understand now, why the 'call' didn't happen. Still think an email perhaps, would solve what I've commented on below. All good! ..... I would give this 10 out of 10 if not for one teeny, but important factor. Firstly, the call I had initially with Julie was very informative. This helped pare down the choices, and ultimately made the final one! They followed with another call after I placed the order to ensure it was the correct size etc, and to tell me next steps. I.e. delivery. Deliver guys are superb. Bang on time, quick, efficient and polite. Then left mattress to air for 2 days, and slept on it. First few nights I thought it was a wee bit hard, (and I do mean 'wee'), but I read the instructions, and gave mattress and body time to adjust. Now? One of the best mattresses I've slept on. So, what's the teeny issue for slightly less than 10/10? No follow up with me to see what the mattress feels like. Would have been nice, and I assumed that this company would do so, being proud of their mattresses and customer service? I'd still highly recommend them to everyone. Just a suggestion, constructive criticism, when clients are spending a significant amount on your products, after they have had them for a bit, a quick call, email, to check up on them would be a true A*** service. We are really pleased with our new King Sized John Ryan bed. The information on the website really helped us to make the perfect choice and the previous Trustpilot reviews were a great indication of the service and quality of the final product. Warning - the mattress is so comfy that it is difficult to get out of bed in the morning!

I cannot thank JR enough they found me my perfect bed and mattress the pocket spring 1500 I have had it for a month now and absolutely love it my mattress is sooo comfy i don't want to get out of it! I was looked after so well from start to finish I can honestly say I haven't slept so good in years would recommend this fabulous company to everyone 😊

I spent a lot of time researching vegan mattresses and JR is the only company in the UK that is making a truly vegan and high quality mattress. Service at JR is very good from telephone advice, to ordering and through to delivery. The mattress is beautifully made and of very high quality. Although I am used to a soft mattress, I am finding the medium very comfortable and good for my back. I highly recommend the vegan mattress for anyone who doesn't want to sleep on wool and horse hair, or on a mattress containing glue which may contain animal-derived ingredients.

I was recommended JRD by a friend, so I knew the products were excellent. But I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and consistency of service I received. They were thorough, calling me to talk through my order once I had placed it to make sure I was making the most informed decision. The bed itself has been excellent, and it only getting more comfortable with time. Overall, I have zero hesitations recommending JRD to anyone looking for a high quality bed!

Excellent customer service. Ordered online .Next day received a phone call from the company to ensure the bed would be suitable prior to purchase. E mail and postal communication continued until delivery of mattress. Post delivery aftercare e mail follow up on delivery. Very happy with the mattress and pre and post care by John Ryan. Would use the company again and recommend them highly.

Excellent service

Buying a mattress during COVID was a challenge but having had a quick visit to a bed shop between lockdowns we decided to try online suppliers as we wanted a British-made mattress. I did lots of research before we found the John Ryan website which gave so much information about the types of mattresses available, not always their own! We liked the breakdown of fillings and spring count information in a John Ryan mattress so took a leap of faith and ordered one. I received a phone call the next day asking details of what I had ordered and how it would suit for my husband and me to ensure we had ordered the best mattress, which reassured us in our decision. Delivery was on time and handled with care and courtesy and we have now had several weeks to adjust to our new mattress we are very happy with it and, all importantly, sleeping well on it.

Ordered a double mattress, Origins Pocket 1500 from the Clearance shop with 20% discount. It arrived without any mark that it ever had been used and in perfect condition. Compared to what was tried in store, it's very soft but yet super supportive, I've been sleeping on it for 2 months and have no complaints whatsoever.

Our whole thing experience with John Ryan has been excellent, from the advice given in our initial phone call to the mattress that arrived. Everyone we’ve spoken to has been helpful and well informed. Delivery was easily arranged and arrived at the agreed time. Most importantly we absolutely love our new mattress which is so comfortable and we are both sleeping very well on it.
