Best mattress I've slept on. Perfect

This was our 3rd purchase from John Ryan having previously bought a single mattress followed by a zip and link super king size mattress and divan base. Once again, easy to order with plenty of options. Re-assurance of a follow up call from John Ryan's team to ensure product being purchased is best for needs. Was delivered 3 weeks after ordering - on the day and time they said it would be. Delivery team setup the bed and took away all the packaging without any fuss. Would definitely order again in the future

When I received the mattress is it excellent quality for the price (Origin) , I am just finding it a bit firm for the softest mattress in the range. It maybe that it is on a solid divan base

Very comfortable, slept well !

Great comfortable bed. The base is brilliant very good looking and stylish. Also very sturdy and made well. The mattress is comfortable just quite wide in depth. So have to jump onto bed as so high, and needed to replace all our sheets as old mattress only 8 inches thick and the new mattress is 10 inches. Which is wonderful not a problem just was not expecting it to be so high/tall. But is comfortable. So all good.

Mattress is wonderful, we have tried quite a few different types over the past couple of years trying to find the perfect one for us and I believe we have found it with our John Ryan vegan mattress. Being a vegan for many years there are many companies cashing in on people’s wish for all things vegan and many products are expensive and poor quality. I am more than happy to say this is not the case with this super quality John Ryan mattress, it truly is such a good product. We are at long last well slept and extremely grateful to have found such luxury in a cruelty free item. Thank you John Ryan.

very good experience all around. First discovered John Ryan when staying in a holiday home and immediately fell in love with the mattress - the best i have ever experienced. When i came back from my stay I contacted John Ryan for advice and had a very informative conversation on the strength of which i placed a order. It arrived when it was supposed to. First time customer, good conversation over the phone about choice of mattress. A little blip about the eco recycling of old mattress but put right. Delivery to time. Quality of the mattress is excellent. It can’t work miracles for back issues such as mine, but hopefully it can ease them, it’s still a little early to tell as ownership is only a few weeks. No regrets about putting my faith in this company.

Absolutely delighted with our new mattress - the Artisan Naturals in medium tension. We have slept on it for a month now and we are both getting a great nights sleep with no aches and pains in the morning. We have tried several mattresses over the past five years in trying to find something that was comfortable for a hyper mobile spine and compatible with the excess heat of the menopausal years. This mattress is great for both. When I rang for advice before placing an order, the Customer Service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful and the website too was full of the detailed info needed to make the right decision. The specialist delivery company used was great too - very cheerful, polite and courteous even though they had to struggle to get the mattress up our narrow stairs. Highly recommend this mattress and company.

Having encountered a big problem with delivery that was at no fault of JR we were immediately dealt with by Ryan Kerr who acted swiftly, comprehensively and with much sympathy to remedy the situation. Having spoken with us on the phone he dealt with us in a most honourable, generous and kindly way. Two months in and we are really happy with our Artisan Naturals mattress and the customer centred service of this brilliant company.
