Great service, would recommend this company for mattress purchase

This is the second time I have had a bed from this company, and is the only company I would use in the future. These guys know what they are talking about, and understand beds, unlike a lot of the 'big' companies that spend a fortune on advertising and just want your money. Most importantly, they want you to buy a bed THAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU. Please, don't fall for the advertising hype put out by the 'big boys'.

Buying a mattress is non an easy task. There are so many companies and products on the market that you can spend ages searching and still not be sure if this is your best choice. John Ryan website is brilliant. Full of interesting facts and comparisons. I have emailed them three times before making a decision and they were quick in responding to my questions. After placing an online order I got a call back where my order was confirmed and then got a certificate in the mail. I felt the company was very professional. Delivery people were good.

Great customer service; called up to make sure I ordered the right spring firmness; I had picked the wrong firmness, so it was a good job they called. Delivery was great and they communicated well during the whole process.

Mattress (Artizan) is brilliant. I have been sleeping better since I had it a bit over a month ago. A bit heavy as they use mostly natural materials but on the plus side I sweat less during the night. It needs two people to rotate or flip it over every month but if someone can help it's manageable. Very helpful staff. Good communication throughout. But delivery company could plan and manage their day better. Overall, very happy with my purchase so far.

Good website - read it. It explains the details of mattresses and how to select the right spec. We could make an informed choice after years of sharp sales tactics. Mattress was made and delivered as agreed. Great product - very happy with the mattress and would recommend John Ryan without hesitation.

I contacted their customer support team and discussed the type of support I needed for my mattress as I had previously bought one 10 years ago but they no longer had that one in their collection. They were incredibly supportive. We then arranged delivery and the communication for that was also excellent. The delivery drivers brought the mattress upstairs and took the other mattress away. I highly recommend this company and the mattress is of an exceptionally high standard And I am sure will last me for another 10 years.

First Class service from ordering our mattress to the delivery. Such a comfy mattress so pleased we looked at all the u tube videos to help us make our decision to buy from John Ryan by design.

I bought the mattress after the Premier Inn Hypnos mattress was discontinued and I find it very comfortable. It feels firm but with a cushioning layer on top which is just what I was after. It's also lighter than I was expecting which means I can fairly easily turn it on my own. Communication with the company was good and delivery and removal of my old mattress was efficient. Very happy customer and I have recommended the company to others.

I liked that I could take my time browsing the website with no pressure to buy until I was absolutely sure of what I wanted/needed and what I was getting for my money. Initially I was a little nervous about a) switching from my 'old' firm mattress to one with a medium level of support and b) buying online without trying first. Through the information provided on the website, I was helped to understand how my needs have changed over the years and no need to trail around furniture stores trying out different brands. The ordering process was easy to navigate and the follow up telephone conversation with Julie was helpful and reassuring. On the day of delivery I was kept informed of progress throughout. Delivery took place within the time-slot specified and with care and respect for my property. In terms of the mattress itself, from Day1 I have been highly satisfied with the quality and comfort level of this new mattress. In comparison to my old one, it is a very deep mattress and I have splashed out on new fitted sheets but I consider that a treat. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

It was a big decision for us to spend about £3.5k on a new bed - but we have been absolutely thrilled with it from day one. It is honestly giving us the most comfortable sleep we've ever had. When you think about the quality of the materials and the craftsmanship, you can see where your money has gone. I wish we'd taken the plunge sooner is all!
