United Kingdom | 01 November 2018I have been requested to contact them by them about my booking. No reply to emails or phone answered. Tried many times. Absolutely unacceptable service. We look like turning up at the airport in hope that they've at least booked something! We are experienced travelers and have never encountered such indifference. NEVER AGAIN

United Kingdom | 30 October 2018They have gone bankrupt and have taken everyones money, please see reponce from them: Dear ***, I’m sorry to inform you that Omega Travel limited ATOL & IATA license has been suspended hence unable to amend, refund and re-validate /re-issuance tickets. Omega instructing customer needs to contact airline directly. Airlines aware about omega travel situation and able to assist passengers directly. I do understand your concern, unfortunately we don’t have any access in system due to ATOL & IATA suspension. Request you to explain our situation to airline and get the refund directly from airline. We are helpless and unable to process any refund currently. I hope you will understand. Regards, Abhi

United Kingdom | 29 October 2018For some queries about changing the ticket, I tried to call the office during normal weekday working time, but no one replies. I sent an email asking, but still no reply even after 1 week.

! A fuir absolument, ce service est malhonnête ...

United Kingdom | 27 October 2018Well from Feb 17 upto August this year, I have booked 8 flights with omega all to the far east. Some direct and some connecting and I have had zero problems with them. All my flights booked outward and return flights were correctly booked and I've had no hassles at any airports.. I've never booked hotels with them so I can't comment. I find it hard to believe you have all had problems.. Maybe you should learn to book your flights properly.

Denmark | 25 October 2018My flight war cancelled due to the operator going bankrupt. I had purchased my flight via Omega Flight Store. They never contacted me with this info, and have never responded to any e-mails I have sent via their site, and no one picks up when you call the listed phone number. I had to buy a new ticket from a different company, and have still never heard any response from Omega Flight Store.

Tunisia | 25 October 2018They didn’t answer my emails or returned my calls. This is a scam. I had to book another flight...don’t book with them!

United Kingdom | 24 October 2018Avoid!!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! Had to cancel flights due to illness. I have yet to speak to anyone or get a reply to emails sent. Does this company even exist?? The numbers change on the site but all of them just ring constantly, it doesn't even confirm you are ringing a company. The email facility is just as bad, I have received emails each time I send one letting me know my email has been received and they will be in touch within 48 hours... that was over 3 weeks ago now!!!!! So not only do I have the stress of looking after my sick husband, lost out on witnessing close friends getting married, I now have to keep trying to contact a company that has no idea what customer service is.. it is a joke!!

United Kingdom | 22 October 2018IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: I've also been experiencing various booking issues with this company, my second time booking with them, and the first time was fine, this time not so much. After trying to call the number on emails I got fed up and found another number to call (01908259988) and was able to get through at last. The guy on the phone was chinese and lucky I speak the language and they said they are no longer operating as a flight seller, only travel advisory. Which I think is BS since their website is up. Anyway, apparently this was the case from September, so please avoid from now on.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2018Turned up at hotel in Las Vegas (that was booked and confirmed by Omegaflightstore) only to be told by hotel receptionist that our booking had been cancelled, £400 taken and not refunded, we did get an ATOL certificate with our booking as we booked flights as well (luckily these weren’t cancelled) tried to contact company but phone or email not answered, Read online that their ATOL certificate had been suspended but would be ok if booked when they had license. Contacted ATOL too but couldn’t speak to anybody knowledgeable, had to rebook on the spot through Expedia and paid another £400. 🤐🤐🤐

United Kingdom | 19 October 2018We booked flights in January, are due to fly out in a week to Florida and by pure chance have realised our return flights have disappeared from the British Airways booking!, Unable to contact Omega by phone or email, BA say they are unable to help as we have to contact the agent!, how`s that ever going to happen??!!, I`ve given up and booked alternative flights elsewhere. Could be an expensive lesson, but I`ll try to get a refund from my credit card. This is the worst experience I`ve ever had with a travel company, should have taken notice of the bad reviews in the first place.

United Kingdom | 19 October 2018Up to now this company has been shocking. I have been left stranded and they have not returned or replied to my Attempts at making contact. As far as I can see they are not registered with either ABTA or ATOL ,

Martinique | 19 October 2018Je suis toujours en attente du remboursement d'un vol annulé il y a 2 mois. Ceci malgré mails et appels, je n'ai toujours pas reçu de versement pour un service que je n'ai pas consommé! ARNAQUE !!

United Kingdom | 18 October 2018Please do not book on this site. I have cancelled my booked tickets and I was told that 50% of amount will be refunded within 6 weeks. Its been 3 months now still no refund. Sending emails asking for an update and calling them on phone but no one is receiving.Looks like a fraud company.

Australia | 18 October 2018Consistently called them about 5 times in the UK from Australia to fix the correct details on my receipt and I was either promised it would be fixed and nothing happened or sent the same incorrect receipt. All their calls go to a call centre in India that deal with multiple companies as often they’d get the wrong company name on introduction. So they aren’t really motivated to fix your query more acknowledge it and get you off the phone to take the next call. I wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone.
