United Kingdom | 29 November 2018Booked tickets ok - they are real. But then I need to take extra luggage and the airline itself says I have to book it via the agent ...OmegaFlightStore. They have not answered my emails. Their main phone number is now disconnected. They now (Nov2018) list 02074-848909 as their contact number ...I am phoning it on and on and on and on. They do not pick up the phone. They are useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting to the airline (KLM) to recommend they no longer take bookings via OmegaFlightStore.

United Kingdom | 28 November 2018Absolutely avoid this company at all costs, I was due along with 7 others to fly from Bristol to Paris de charles then onto jfk Friday 23rd Nov ,got to airport early to print boarding passes only to be told that we were not on the flight list at bmi regional, phoned BMI who said we had been booked on the Paris to jfk flight & the return flights from jfk to Amsterdam them onto Bristol, but not the first flight Bristol to Paris , she said if there were seats left she could have allocated them but as the flight was full now as the un confirmed seats had been re sold , our only option was to get a flight from London & pay again then try & get the money back , we didn’t do this as the flights were £1500 each so we are home instead of being in new York , now I have spent the last 2 days trying to get money back , omega went into insolvency a few days ago & had there atol license revoked on 5th sept which I didn’t know about , it’s been very stressful , we had all the flight numbers & ticket numbers on the confirmation so hadn’t realised there was a problem

I have also been trying to change the return flights and after several phone calls and emails, there has been no response whatsoever! BA are trying to help me now but from what I've read, their hands are tied to do this!!!! Great start to a holiday! Surely something can be done by someone.

United Kingdom | 25 November 2018Good price, but couldn't get hold of customer services whatsoever. Luckily my booking all went smoothly... but it would be a nightmare if something went wrong or you needed to change something, as they don't reply to emails or answer the phone.

United Kingdom | 25 November 2018There are many differing reasons given, but it seems that this specific company has gone into Liquidation, despite allegedly being part of a very large International Travel Group ! What is certain, is that they NEVER reply to emails or tel. calls, though for some peculiar reason, the lines are still connected, and therefore being paid for, presumably? Unlike some customers writing reviews on here, my contact with B.A. resulted in their being unable to alter any ticket, and said only Omega could do this, despite the fact that I needed to alter my ticket by just 1 day in order to attend to several terminal cancer patients very urgently. United Kingdom | 13 November 2018Crooks. Myself and my Wife booked return tickets to Mexico in January to fly in November. We then recieved multiple flight alterations. Our holiday dates then changed, and we needed to get a refund. We were assured that a full refund would be given in 6-8 weeks. This never arrived, and we now cannot get a hold of Omega. We have attempted to make a section 75 claim through our credit card provider, but this has proved fruitless. Absolutely avoid this company.

Today I tried to call the number on the contact us page but no one is answering the phone. For customer support I would give you 1 star, for the actual initial booking experience it would be higher.

My OMEGAFLIGHTSOTORE.COM experience is painful, causing a lot of stress, heart-ache, anxiety, time consuming, I DONT RECOMMEND OMEGAFLIGHTSOTORE.COM or anything with OMEGA name Bring the BREXIT NOW and we kick them out of UK, Lock them in prison indefinitely

United Kingdom | 09 November 2018Hi everyone, i also am in the same boat. The problem i have is not being able to contact them to amend dates of my ticket. I decided to pop round their office in Leicester square but it was entirely vacant with bailiffs warnings stuck on door. Apparently they are going through insolvency but this is not yet confirmed. I also contacted atol, consumer direct, abta, citizens advice and even the airline itself (air France), all of which are unable to help because they do not intervene with the quality of services provided with travel agents and atol specifying that omega has its license suspended. Which leads me to strongly believe they suffered a financial loss forcing them to be insolvent. Also with air france not being able to intervene since i bought the ticket via third party(omega flight store) stating that i need to keep trying to get hold of them. Even though i expressed this very issue of being unable to contact omega, they expressed sympathy. Final option was to contact bank and they told me that because i received my flight tickets, they could not open a dispute for me to classify it as fraud. Therefore unable to help any further with regards to refunds. I still have a valid ticket and atol certificate but no idea what i can do about it. I no longer need the tickets so i have no idea what to do. I don't want to waste £693 for nothing when I'd rather pay £350 or something to amend dates/ cancel.

United States | 02 November 2018Very bad, poor customer service. Misrepresented that my flight was canceled (it was not) and that my name was not on the list of passengers. Failed to provide my information to the airlines. All this led to a huge hassle, incredibly stressful experience, hours spent on the phone, and an hour-delay at the airport trying to check in.
