I just had my iPhone 12 battery replaced in the Liverpool store, my screen had a slight crack in it, but they were able to re-use it, saving me about £70. Great work, very professional, all done quickly while I waited.

I changed my phone battery a month ago at iSmash Stratford City ground floor. First of all, I went to the Apple Store to change my iPhone 13 battery. The customer service was very bad, and they looked down on me and they were very rude. Then, I went to iSmash. The man over there’s very nice. The price’s affordable. It only took 45 minutes. I already got 16 pro max but I am still using my old one. It’s all good as new.

Mu battery was changed very quickly however the screen was damaged after fitting it and I was told it would cost £99 for a replacement. The screen was perfect before he replaced the battery. Obviously tried to scam me for a new screen. Terrible service, Avoid this place like the plague. Harrow branch.

My wife's I pad battery was up And down on different days. Booked a appointment with iSmash Churchill square Brighton. They replaced the battery 15th January got a phone call at 1.15 pm to say it was ready collected it the next day at 10 am £49 less £5 discount £44 good price good service I pad like new would highly recommend Keith butler.

Ibrahim and Arthur at the Croydon store were amazing! I went in with a Samsung Galaxy A53 that had some mild water damage. I dropped the device off before my scheduled appointment day, as that was easiest for me. I was convinced that the issue with my phone was solely the screen, but they ordered a battery too just in case that needed changing. This meant there wouldn't be any further delays with my repair. To my absolute joy, they managed to resolve the issues by installing a replacement screen, and that new battery. My main purpose for getting the phone repaired was to obtain my holiday memories, and they did that and more. Before I took the phone for repair, I mentioned that it had issues charging and often notified that there was water present, but that wasn't my concern as I managed to get it charged from time to time. They pretty much managed to resolve all of my phone's issues, in a timely manner, and gave me useful tips on how to keep it working and preserve the battery since I only plan to use the phone as a backup device moving forwards. Excellent service, highly recommend.

I have just had my pixel 4a battery replaced. Google have arranged the replacement following an update issue. I was very happy with service. The guys were knowledgeable and reassuring. They were able to complete the job within 2 hours. All ok so far. Top service throughout. Thanks

I went to Victoria for a replacement iPhone charging socket. They first offered to clean it (I had already tried that at home). Anyway, their cleaning worked. I was pleased. Charged £20 instead of £35. They used a spray and a metal pick to clean it. Afterwards my phone didn't work - the 'home' button did not respond. When I asked them to fix it, they were difficult, said my phone was water damaged (pointing out a new smudge on the screen) and tried to send me away. After I insisted, they had another look, heated the phone up and it then started working again. The 'water damage' smudge has now disappeared. Clearly their cleaning had caused the issue, but I was very disappointed with their denial of responsibility and attempt to blame me. I thought for a while I was looking at buying a new phone. They fixed it in the end, but there were several minutes when I was made anxious their attitude and the need for me to insist on fair service. Take care!

I went to your Canary Wharf branch and I was served by Saki (that’s the name on my receipt)and wasn’t too pleased with his service. He seemed like everything was a problem seemed a bit distracted and wasn’t communicating in the right manner in my opinion. I used your London Bridge branch before which was a very positive experience so after leaving my phone I said to myself next time I go to London Bridge. On my return he wasnt there and I recived wonderful service from Shaikho. He was very polite and informative offered additional services and was also very attentive to other customers in the shop. I rearly write reviews but I value great customer service and it’s definatly important to give credit when is due. I hope he get recognition for his great work.

Wanted new battery for my Pixel 4a. Booked nearest site OK. On arrival was told that because of cracks in my screen I would need a new screen too for extra £99. Exchange was polite & helpful but I do think this caveat could be included on the website as a warning.

It’s Saturday, 4 January 2025. My iPhone was fully charged when I woke up this morning, however, in the afternoon, I couldn’t plug my charging cable into my phone. I panicked as my livelihood depends on my phone. I run to the nearest Apple Store in Westfield Stratford where I was told they can’t do anything before Tuesday as their service is fully booked. I walked down to iSmash and a very kind young man fixed it in 5 minutes. And the price was really affordable, so much so that I bought a power bank as well. Many many thanks. I’d give you 7 stars, but they are not available.
