Besides the fact that the results of our COVID19 test were not ready within the promised hour, we find it very strange that the results were presented in a Word document instead of a PDF, because a Word document is easy to manipulate.

Ordered PCR tests, received lateral flows. A mistake that will cost me a lot of money, but it is the response that is so appaling. Achieved some contact through chat and was offered a courier to deliver and take back tests to the lab, of which details never came. Now there is no way to contact - phone lines ring out and then cut you off, the chat facility on the website seems to have been disabled. Maybe it's just too inconvenient to speak to people who you're letting down. The replies to negative reviews below are not good enough. People don't care how busy you are - if you're not able to fulfil what people pay a lot of money for, or don't have the requisite staff to solve your mistakes, don't offer the service in the first place. Refunds are of little use as people have no opportunity to rebook tests in time for flights they have booked. For the sake of making a bit of profit out of this whole situation you are costing people huge problems and real monetary cost. The flights for my family leave tomorrow and I still don't have the tests I ordered. It will be thousands of pounds of missed flights. DO NOT be so patronising and call this an inconvenience and offer an apology. It solves nothing. Just contempt for people in an effort to make some money. Avoid.

I ordered a test on Thursday 5th August to be delivered on Friday. It still hasn't arrived and now it is too late. No one replied to my query forms and no one answered the phone despite trying several different times across the day. I am very unimpressed and would like someone to refund me.

Covid PCR test required at short notice and accommodated very professionally and efficiently. Were also able to provide high levels of reassurance that the same day test result would be returned that day by midnight despite it being a Sunday. Medic undertaking the test was outstanding in all respects.

DO NOT USE. I paid for a FTF PCR home test, this was delivered on the Monday, which would have been plenty of time to take the test and return. The problem is that they had sent a lateral flow test instead of a PCR. I called them and they said they would send another test out and meet the deadline for the Friday flight. I thought this would be tight but I really had no other option. Only then to read an email from them an hour later to say they have refunded me and I need to find an alternative solution in order to fly on Friday. Obviously they have realised they cannot meet the deadline with 5 days to go, having made the error which may now result in being unable to fly. Having made the mistake you would think they would do everything they can to rectify the situation, not leave you high and dry when thousands of pounds are at risk as the cost of the holiday. Find an alternative provider as they take no ownership at all.

Really great friendly service and they even helped out with printing the results as our printer is broken.

Day 2 Covid test : easy to book; very responsive customer service that got back in touch within 20 minutes - on a Sunday! - to help confirm a small issue. The test was easy to get to; conducted professionally and on time. Test results came in less than 8 hours - same day. Excellent!

Great Smooth Service, no issues or delays at all I have been hearing of late of nightmare stories from friends and families about other providers even ones that were recommended by the airlines with special discounts of not getting test kits on time, kits with items missing reports not being accepted at immigration so I was sceptical to say the least of having to use one of these companies but I’m glad I choose Medwyn. Despite some negative reviews on google, I can confirm my experience of Medwyn Occupational Health for Covid testing has been first class and I would highly recommend them as they are the most competitive price wise and they keep to their word. Family of 4 travelling to Portugal booked the following services: Booked and paid for in-clinic tests on the 19/07. 2 x In-Clinic Antigen Tests for Saturday 24/07 @ 11;40am & 12pm (me and my Wife)- lovely scenic drive to Dorking, convenient Car Park next door to the Clinic with free 30 minutes parking or pay and display at very reasonable rates compared to London. Both me and my wife were seen exactly on time and was seen and assisted by Keira who was very efficient and we both was out within a few minutes – was assured we get results emailed within the hour, both results (Negatives) were emailed and received by me @ 12:41am and @ 12:46pm so certainly exceeded my expectations in this respect. On flying out – we got past London Gatwick and Portugal immigration without any issues. I also booked a 2nd set of Antigen Tests for me and my wife from Medwyn for when we return from our holiday this time the Rapid Antigen Video Appointment, email was sent straight away with the relevant links to book and join the conference at the relevant times. The test kits were ordered on the 19/07 and they promptly arrived on the 20/07 well in advance so we could take with us on holiday ready to do the test in a conference video within the allocated parameters. Video conference was booked with Ellie for 16:30pm & 16:40pm respectively for me and my wife again very smooth process and got both negative results by 17:45pm and 17:50pm so again results sent through in a timely manner without any hiccups. Got back to London Gatwick from Portugal without any hiccups from immigration whatsoever. So, as you will see from my account above my experience was great. I will not hesitate in using them again if these testing are required on our next holiday at some point in the future. The only constructive feedback/comment I will make where they can definitely improve is that their telephone lines are never picked up when I initialled called or the phones drops off/cuts off….to find out pricing and process as all this testing is new but when I did eventually get through, I got all the information that was needed.

I was pleased with the speed of th result and the very kind and helpful attitude of the lady who did the test. However there were administrative errors with the time of the appointment. Even though I rang to check the time before leaving, this was in fact wrong. Someone had said they would call me back over a suggested change of time the previous evening and they didn't. I think when im paying so much for the service it needs to be right

Very efficient and swift

After a little confusion booking multiple people (having to be directed to a questionnaire page and the website seemingly needing to have a multiple people appointment option) We received our anti gen travel packs in time for our outbound flight and booked the video-test option with an online vid-conf call the day before we were due to fly back to the UK. Really good system and saved us from having to schlep around to find a local 'Fit to fly' centre. Many thanks to Cameron who walked us through the procedure and duly issued the certs in good time. Travelling during the pandemic has certainly added an extra layer of admin but Medwyn has helped take a bit of the stress away. Will happily recommend and would use again.

We booked a 5 day test and release. Clinic was conveniently located to an adjacent public car park. Process was painless with any discomfort kept to a minimum. Surprisingly we received test results the same day although we were advised they might take until 15:00 the next day.

I was seen promptly and treated very well by the health professional who took my test. I also received my results promptly.

Worst experience ever. Me and my wife came back to the UK in April and bought our 2nd and 8th day test with medwyn. My results took ages to come back bu at least I had them on day 11! My wife was even worst! day 2nd test was sent on day 3 to Bournemouth instead ou Southampton, received another test on day 4. She has done the test and never had the test result, so ended up paying another 150 pounds on a private company to make test to release. Day 8th test arrived on time, but not the results. Ended up 14 days making all the tests without any results from Medwyn Occ Health. Tried to call them which seems quite impossible, eventually managed to Complain and on the 30th of April we were told they were going to speak with the Management team to arrange a refund. They told us we would get an answer within 30 days. 31st of May, no answer. Sent another email, and got a reply saying they were going to speak with the manager and come back to us as soon as possible... August the 2nd... Still nothing. Rang again and I as asked to forward all the emails again.. This was meant to be a simple task, a very simple task.. Worst company GOV could provide for test.
