United Kingdom | 14 August 2021Our experience with Medwyn Occupational Health in Dorking was excellent. My wife and `I booked a ‘fit to travel’ `PCR test ahead of our visit to France in July. On return we had pre-booked mandatory day 2 and day 8 PCR tests, and also an optional day 5 ‘test to release’. Our experience with the nursing staff and very prompt result was first rate. Well done Medwyn all round.

United Kingdom | 12 August 2021They seem to be overwhelmed. Despite trying to ring them for several days to confirm the appointments, the phone lines always rang out and you cannot leave messages. Also they have seemingly removed their chat service online as I cannot find that option anymore, which means there is no way to speak to them about your tests or the results. I took my kids in today to get the rapid 1 hr tests done, and three hours later have still not received the results. I have emailed them twice but not received any answer and have tried to call them as well to no avail. We are due to leave tomorrow morning and I am not sure if we are going to get the results in time. I think the only option is to drive there to get them in person. The nurse who took the test was lovely and that side of it was fine and as you would expect and actually there was almost no waiting. However, I wouldn't book with them again simply because I think they are just a little overwhelmed with the volume of work they are trying to keep up with and there is no way to contact them. Fingers crossed I get the results shortly, otherwise it will be another drive back to Dorking to try and get them in person! In response to their reply - I have checked and there is nothing in my inbox or in the junk folder, and no replies to my emails. Please verify the email address they are sending it to is the one I registered it with as otherwise they may have a typo. I received the original appointment bookings but no results. Any help in tracking them down is appreciated, as would be a call.
