United Kingdom | 04 April 2017Just started using Arthur and so far so good. We're using it with HMO properties on differing rent schedules and it takes it in it's stride. Also we've just set up the Xero integration and again it seems to be working as expected. Finally the level of support is excellent and you're able to speak to the team directly to get any questions/issues resolved so recommended.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2017I think the product has it all so far. I have worked for a big london housing association before my current role. When I came on board we were using a different product that didn't work for us. We were having to constantly use work rounds and bending what we do to fit the product. Arthur seems to work to our needs completely. It is a complete solution. The service we receive is outstanding. I work from home so find myself working weird and wonderful times and I have so far always had a response - even when I haven't been expecting an answer until the next working day. I cannot praise this product and company enough.

I had a problem and could not sort it. sent a message to Arthur and was answered withing a few seconds. They then skped me and we went through the process together. Could not find the problem so they went away and went through it informing me of the progress all the time. It was then sorted out. Very pleasant and helpful Thank you so much

United Kingdom | 20 December 2016We have just recently transferred all of our database to Arthur and in the process we have received ongoing support over the phone, chat line and skype. All of the team are very friendly and very approachable. Questions and queries are always delt with as quickly as possible and if we have highlighted something about the system which isn't there it has been added. It has been a challenge understanding how xero and Arthur communicate to one another, but through Dave being patient with us he has given us the knowledge we need to move things forward. We can't recommended Arthur and Xero enough to people.

Love the pay by unit structure, and the staff are really helpful. We have around 20 properties, and ti does all the core functions you need, and integrates with XERO, which is really useful.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2016I was recommended Arthur by fellow property investors and as I asked Arthur is a good online cloud based property management system that links in to Xero for book keeping. So I signed up to the free months trial and spent time trying to set it up myself with my portfolio. By the end of the month I could see the advantages already and so signed up for the ongoing subscription. I have asked loads of questions and never felt I was being a nuisance and their response time is amazing, often within a minute if its a quick question. I like the fact I can ask for Skype calls to iron out issues and today Dave has done a great job at getting me integrated with Xero. Its a really innovative and responsive company who are meeting a real need and Marc and Dave are so energetic! It feels like they are a small firm giving a big service and I highly recommend them. You've nothing to loose with a months free trial to test the waters. The only thing I would have done differently was to set it up with the bank accounts at the beginning because there has been a fair bit of work to untangle the mess I had created (unintentionally) by not doing that and then trying to integrate with Xero subsequently.

When we first set it up we didn't follow the instructions properly, and I ended up with a right mess of data that didn't make any sense to me. However, with Marc & David's help, I gradually got everything in order and I'm pretty impressed at this point. The support is brilliant, and I urge you to use it. I also urge any new user to set aside a bit of time to understand how Arthur is set up - once you've got the basics, the rest should fall into place. Overall, it's a really well thought out, really powerful bit of software that will make managing your properties so much easier.

United Kingdom | 08 December 2016I recently took advantage of the 30 day trial for Arthur Online. I was so impressed with the software that I have signed up to the subscription. I manage my own portfolio of properties and have tried other software products which have never worked for me and been over complicated. Arthur is a breath of fresh air. I love the look of the web software and the apps, they are very user friendly and being able to allow my tenants access to their details and raise issues through the software is going to be great. The Agent I use for ‘Let Only’ is now also using the software which, so far, is working really well. The process of adding viewings, tenants details, progress of prospective tenancies etc is going to be made so much easier now that we can both access the information whenever we need to. The technical support is faultless - being able to ask questions via chat and, on most occasions, immediately receive a response is great. I have been asking a lot of questions and never feel I am being a nuisance. I have already invited one of my tenants who’s review so far is “It's much more user friendly than I was expecting, both the full website and 'mobile' site are really easy to use, all information one would need is there and it's very easy to see how one would raise, track and update an issue.” I am almost ready to invite the rest of my tenants. Only time will tell how this works for me and my tenants, but my impression so far is that it is going to make managing my properties so much more efficient and improve the communication of information with my tenants. Well worth the cost which I think is very reasonable.

United Kingdom | 07 December 2016I manage my own portfolio of properties and also properties on behalf of other people. I have been using Arthur for about 2 months now and I am delighted with it. I used to use about 4 different spread sheets to manage the contact detials, bank reconcilation, cashflow and to do tasks. I now use 1 app that can be accessed from my computer, phone or tablet. I particularly enjoy the integration with Xero which has made my accounts so much easier. The customer service has also been fantastic.

The system is simple to use and has everything a property manager needs, and unlike many other systems it has its own app and the tenants have their own dashboard too. Its also great value for money considering all the things it can do! Highly recommended.
