Arthur Online is without any doubt the best property management software out there that works around your needs with the best customer service in the game. They have a live chat available and their friendly team reply within minutes and come to your aid with any questions you may have! (Mona sent me lots of screenshots explaining where i was going wrong very patiently. *also love the gifs!*) The software it self is quite straight forward and has the ability of becoming your own with how flexible it is. Absolutely love the automated event section which has reduced our work load and given us a piece of mind. I 100% recommend Arthur Online, it puts everything in perspective.Very deserving of this review.

Its an easy enough platform to use, very easy to upload all necessary documents. Raising repairs is also easy (if the contractor joins) and if in doubt the help is always available. We are now using the referencing side and the tenancy side so its great to have everything in one place. The staff are great and very helpful!

We have been using Arthur for a while now and our tenants love it. It is so simple to use and easily customisable. The chaps at Arthur are always on hand to assist you if there is something you don't know how to do and open to discussing changes or development ideas.

Not impressed AT ALL so far... During the process of a Arthur / existing QuickBooks integration I was advised by their rep to delete certain key QuickBooks data - QB being my central source and control platform with all my CORRECT tenancy financials. It then transpired that the Arthur rep's assumption was that all the Arthur data I had was correct - which it wasn't, it was DRAFT. This then left me with the wonderful task of hunting down the paper record and recreating all my tenant financial records to send to them to fix the problem. All this after paying them £500 to do the integration for me and taking weeks to do. So far all this platform has done has COST me time and money NOT saved it as per the hyperbole.

We have been using for a year now, and during that time have gone from 20 units to 49. Arthur has made taking on new properties and managing existing, a seamless exercise. The software is very user friendly and our tenants love it.

I've only been using Arthur for a couple of months but the product does everything I need and more. I love the integration between Arthur & Xero. The support staff are very responsive, nothing is too much trouble via Chat or shared screen. Extremely happy to recommend Arthur and looking forward to its continual development. Arthur is a super platform with good support. It is one of those products, whereby the more you use it the better it becomes. As always this takes time. Having been subscribers for a couple of years now, and found it absolutely transforming for managing our tenancies we are really getting to grips with just how much we can manage the properties efficiently through Arthur. These features have always been there, we have just not had the capacity to set things up.

Very happy with Arthur, the system is very powerful but you don't need to use all the features. I just use what works for me. The support team are very helpful and go out of their to way to help. Moussa especially, he has been very helpful and patient with us from day one. He always helps with even the smallest of issues. The actual Arthur software is always being updated and improved.

Excellent help with setup - nothing is too much trouble - a solution is worked through and help and advice is brilliant.
