Having started to use Arthur Online a few days ago and over complicated it completely, I then spent quite a lot of time voiding transactions and annoying the wonderful guys at the Customer Service. Having just spent the last 1/2 hour chatting over skype with Dave Cummin I am now up and running and can't wait to get it going for my business. This is exactly what I have been looking for to automate my letting agency. Thanks guys.

We had been using Xero for some time for our property business. Due to a change in strategy, we needed to find a "Traditional lettings application" to do our monthly owner statements. I wanted something that seamlessly integrates with Xero both ways. Arthuronline ticked all the boxes, and I decided to join a webcast specifically regarding Arthur and Xero integration. It was great, and I really liked what I saw. I thought, wow, once this is working, the book keeper is also going to love it !! So I decided to test the company's support and documentation with the 30 day trial they offer. I am glad to report that the telephone support and follow-up is of a very high standard. I phone, and always get to talk to someone. They either help me, ask someone in the office, or refer the issue to a more senior person who then does get back to me and makes sure my queries are answered. Has Arthur got every bell and whistle? No not yet, but they are improving and updating it all the time. It's great to be using a product where the owners are so excited about it and have the vision and passion to make it even better. It sure helps that they use it for their own property business ! Thank you David and Marc for deciding to share Arthur with the world and not keeping it to yourselves. I would therefore highly recommend that if you are a property owner, and want a system that automates property management and the bookkeeping , you give the 30 day trial a go and witness the benefits for yourself.

I'm not a 'review' kind of person. However after the service I continue to receive from Marc and the team it would be rude of me not to give them 5 stars. The software has changed my life. It's fantastic!! Marc and the team are always extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful with every phone myself or my team have made. I'm very, very happy that I was introduced to Arthur. Would highly recommend using the software.

The integration between Xero and Arthur must surely be the trickiest to achieve but the team at Arthur are well on the way to mastering it. Rent, deposits, one off charges, refunds, payments, units and properties are all catered for in the two-way data exchange. And like Xero, Arthur shares an elegant and functional dashboard with intuition enabling all but the most complex of tasks to work like a breeze. The paper trail (or should I say system trail) for rent payment day works brilliantly and beware any tenants who haven't paid their dues as with Arthur your landlord will be on to you in a flash!

This software has helped our lettings business immensely and the integration with Xero now means the finances speak to the property management side. The support from the Arthur team has been great and excellent features are being added all the time

After a review of many systems, the ArthurOnline solution gave us everything we needed for managing the properties and the business. The mobile approach set it apart from the competitors and the integration to Xero made it a first choice for all the team. The intuitive nature of the software has made the implementation very manageable and the support and help delivered during the period of going live has meant a low impact transition delivering huge value to all.

This property management software is excellent for agents with all types and sizes of portfolios! Once you get to grips with the ins and outs it is a truly great system. Possible the best bit about this service is the help that is given from Marc and his team around how to use the service. Online Skype tutorials make it much easier to use and helps to ensure that everything is being done correctly. I would HIGHLY recommended the service and software!!

We've been using Arthur for a couple of months now and have been very impressed. The functionality is comprehensive, easy to use and quick to navigate. It brings all of our data together in one place and makes it easy to control activities, different users and communicate with tenants. I've been amazed by how responsive and committed both Marc and David have been in getting us live. Responses have been quick, thorough and and always effective. There seems to be a constant effort to build functionality in the system and upgrade interfaces. Well recommended.

I cannot recommend enough not only is there a simple easy to use yet flexible software, but the people in the company are polite, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Marc who spent time talking me and my colleagues through the system. They are always open to suggested improvements and want to work with you to get the best experience from Arthur Online. Really would recommend this to Landlords of all sizes.

I am the property manager for our company and I also manage the day to day bookkeeping. When we decided to change our property management and bookkeeping software I was dreading the amount of work it would entail, especially as our business is run quite differently to a regular lettings agency. With Marc's help it was a breeze though and importing all of our properties and tenancies was easy Marc led me through it step by step with excellent customer support The next step for us was the integration with Xero. David has held my hand through every step of this, making it very easy. I now have great reports in Xero thanks to Davids continuous support I would highly recommend Arthuronline to anyone within a property management business. Arthur Online has surely come to our rescue! The system is user intuitive with great user experience. AO has helped to automate two of our departments, which has consequently reduced business risk, inefficiencies, and layers of administration, which has enabled employees to be more productive. Above all, we've enjoyed collaborating with David and Marc who are open minded in developing new features and functions that are business critical to our operations. Highly recommend Arthur online for any social housing, supported accommodation, residential care, nursing home or other property management providers.

My client uses Arthur to manage her properties. As her bookkeeper I find Arthur a brilliant software that integrates well with Xero. Keeping track of the Sales Ledger is no longer a nightmare. David Cummin has been a great help in organising the set up and making sure the 'syncs' between Arthur and Xero works. I would recommend it to all landlords. It took us about 6 weeks to fully get up and running with the software, both Marc and David as Arthur Online were very helpful throughout this process. Taking the time to receive calls which were always answered, there is no hold waiting time and if they aren't available they always call back within 24 hours. We did several training sessions over Skype and if we were stuck they were happy to receive emails and screenshots and give us guidance. The functionality of the software is immense and I would highly recommend it to any property management company or letting agency. At first there were certain features that Arthur was missing but within 8 weeks from the start of the subscription the Arthur Online team had built in at least 3 of the features or tweaks that we had requested and this has made our workflow even quicker and more efficient! They have also been able to fix any bugs within 48 hours and are very responsive to feedback and software issues. We haven't fully started using every feature but so far I can safely say I will never look back and that Arthur Online is the way forward!

As a landlord by using Arthur you up the level of your services and professionalism. You save time and are able to respond quickly. It keeps a great record of all issues relating to a tenancy cutting out the "he said / she said" issue in the event of disputes. Most of all, when you work with Arthur, the support goes way beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

I own a letting agency dealing with all the aspects of managed properties and landlords for whom I provide a tenant find service only. I wish Arthur had been available when i started 6 years ago. The plus sides: Easy communication with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. All aspects of the tenancy are covered from viewing through to offers,referencing,check in,financials, inspections, tenancy renewals, certificates, document management, tenancy check out and maintenance issues. The feedback from tenants has been excellent - they love having an app and having the transparency of rent statements and knowing what is happening with maintenance issues which they have not always experienced with other agents/landlords in the past. All of their tenancy documents are uploaded to the system and are available for them online. We tell prospective tenants about Arthur when we conduct viewings and we always get a really positive response. In truth we have had less feedback from the Landlords who have generally only needed to communicate over maintenance issues, which has been fine. Contractors - we do have some contractors who still live in the dark ages who just want to be told where to go, who to see and what to do. (We even still pay one or two by cheque!) For them Arthur is not something they want or will engage with. We have overcome that by creating our own 'Contractor' to whom we allocate the jobs they do so we can still manage maintenance issues. Generally though this side works really well too. The occasional bug or issue has been resolved really quickly and hasn't actually caused us any problems, so great support from the team at Arthur too! The initial training webinar with Marc was excellent, easy to learn and well presented. No question from me or my team was a silly one and it was well presented. It wasn't 'selling' either, it was straight-forward enthusiasm and belief in the product, which is really refreshing. We have not yet integrated with Xero so can't comment on that. The only reason we haven't is because we are using a different system. We will in due course when the timing is right. Having said that the financial side we are currently using is simple enough and works for us, but we will integrate with Xero to streamline our processes further. One of the big pluses is being able to archive our 'Let Only' properties once we have found tenants for the client. Once archived we don't get charged for them! It keeps the system tidy. All in all we are very happy. I have recommended this to our 'Let Only' Landlords as being an excellent and cost-effective system for them to manage their properties. From an agency point of view we believe we have the best system we have used since starting out in 2010. (This is the third system - the first was binned after a month). It is an extremely easy and efficient system to use. The Team behind it is always very helpful and they are improving the product constantly. User friendly and time saving, helps you to stay on top of any issues or updates that you need to deal with. Very helpful dashboard that gives you a full overview. It is highly recommended!!!

We're experienced B2L landlords and manage our own properties. We are just starting off with 'Arthur' but most things seem relatively intuitive. This has been supplemented by very helpful guidance from Marc & Rochelle in person at a landlord show and since then over the phone and with an hour long web demo. One of the biggest advantages appears to be the ability to give selected access to tenants, managers, contractors - which will vastly streamline our communication methods, document handling and tracking of activities. Still early days for us, but overall have been impressed.

Being a novice to Arthur and property management in general, the support team have been amazing. They have talked me through the basics of setting up through to commission charging. Software is easy to use and flexible. Would highly recommend Arthur to anyone.
