No phone number to call... Following a helpful explanation by Arthur, i am happy to change my review. But i still advise the site to have a phone line available so customers can directly get in touch and seek help. Their help desk is useless in my opinion.

United Kingdom | 07 July 2024Really clunky software, incredibly hard to use and to learn. The staff just try to upsell you for £600 trainings just so you can learn how to use the software. Honestly, even simple spreadsheets to track tenants, deposit etc is faster to do. I have requested a refund of £381.57, and to cancel my subscription. If I get a refund, I will remove my review.

United Kingdom | 03 July 2024System down again. No support available. They dont care. No support to call anymore. They have become a joke. For the avoidance of doubt. Ive been a user since they formed. When the founder Mark was available on the phone. Then they shut the phones. Despite me paying for phone access. System is down or sooooooo slow more than it works now. Cant see them surviving much longer.

There has been no communication from the Arthur team to let customers know what is going on. Today alone, they have lost me 8 new tenants and prevented us from accessing documents from court. There is nothing we can do about it, no work around.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2024Made an awful mistake of signing up to this software without reading any reviews. -The system constantly has bugs so the functionality is unreliable. -Has a mind of its own and we loose messages and documents. -Poor support and can’t talk to anyone -Unreliable financial functionality. -Tenant, Landlord & Contact Apps are clunky and message function is terrible. Overall very difficult to run a business on this system, avoid at all costs.

He is very knowledgeable I am very grateful for all his advice as we start our property management journey with Arthur!

Since investing our time into the tool we have not been able to get things fully setup. we have requested support from Arthur but they are disorganised and lack structure and no progress has been made for months. We paid for a bespoke invoice to be created, we have been waiting months and have not received anything and no one seems to be able to take ownership for our support, even after escalating the issue. If we were not so invested in this tool, I would switch to another provider. The support for a business critical tool like Arthur needs to be excellent. its not and its impacting our business growth and efficiency. Very dissapointed with the support we have been given. United Kingdom | 23 April 2024This app seems biased towards landlords and questionable agencies. When you file a complaint, you get an automated email. However, if the other party responds, you only get an email containing their reply. You don't receive the entire conversation, which is problematic, especially when you need evidence of the discussions. You should change that!
