DO NOT TRUST FHIS COMPANY! Every time I call customer service I get a different answer , more $$ tacked onto my bill , and nothing changes I still can’t get this machine off my car because it costs too much to remove there are half a dozen removal fees and other bs charges that NO ONE EVER EXPLAINS WHAT THE COST IF ANY OF THIS IS FOR OR THAT I AGREED TO PAY $4 a day for MY UNIT. I never agreed to that but I signed a receipt that was a contract without knowing or being told ANYTHING! I DONT KNOW WHY THESE CROOKS ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. EEVEWYTIME I CALL I AM ON HOLD FOR HOURS NO JOKE. I still have a faulty machine I had to get it reset 7 times in December and I have yet to receive a new machine or any deduction in my balance due to bull s. Violation charges . I have not violated anything not one time but my device can’t go one full week without reverting back to error message “lockout starts in however many days, reason?? violations” and this part is the kicker whenever that computer says they believe they don’t care what you say. I’m fighting with them again on the phone right now and I’m in tears because they keep talking over me telling me that my account has been reviewed by the billing department and that the charges are accurate. Nobody ever told me anything except the mechanic on my first time I had to payapparently that phone customer service that Wnedy didn’t get recorded because that was the one that I only paid half of what they were charging because I didn’t agree to four dollars a day! And their website says two dollars a day. Why are they charging me double? These people take advantage of the fact that this is a court ordered or DMV ordered mandatory issue. They are taking advantage of people and it’s disgusting again. I’ve had a blurred breath and I was with lifesaver which is their parent company allegedly and it was $50 a month Not $148 plus all these bull s. fees … this is the worst part. There’s no way to talk to anybody beyond customer service. They said they’ll have a supervisor reach out to me. I’ve yet to have anybody reach out to me. Everybody I talk to is like talking in the same person there is no higher level to talk to you or location so you could show up and look at these people in the eye. I can’t continue here but I could go on for days this is the best part though just know that every time you call customer service you’re gonna be waiting minimum of a half an hour- but closer to an hour . Twice, I had to wait over three hours. How about when I had to wait over three hours twice in one day!! These people don’t care about you. They don’t care about your situation. All they care about what that computer says and it’s lies they input stuff that’s not true so that the next person can tell you that this is what happened when you know it isn’t what happened they don’t listen to the words that come out of your mouth. All they listen to is the crap in the computer that you didn’t even say but their interpretation of what happened and what they decide without acknowledging me !

The customer service over the phone is the worst I've ever experienced in my life and I am 59 years old. On any given day if you have to call them you can expect anywhere from 20 minutes to two hour wait on hold. Then when that representative can't help you, you get put on hold again for another 20 minutes to 2 hour. This is on repeat. When you finally get someone they seem to be helpful and for the most part professional. As far as your car getting locked out for a missed blow. I'm notorious for this and the lockout end date on a holiday (this time I'm locked out on Christmas Day) or weekend. There are times and situations where a person can't get there before the end date then you're screwed. It would be great if you could do something to adjust when the dates and times for lock out happen. Fortunately, most people don't have to be on this program for very long but I myself am a lifer. Be more willing and able to work with us because this is expensive and time consuming.

Ruben is the first and only employee of this company who DID NOT have a bad attitude and actually assisted me. He actually did his job and was welcoming and helpful. I have called with the same issues prior and was transection from person to person with NO resolution. I feel this company has led to me about the important issues to get my business and Ruben was the first to have any concern and willing to assist. Thank you, Ruben!

Everything, all the questions I needed answered were professional and honest. It took less then 20 minutes to get everything in place to reinstate. They make feel like your a customer and not an idiot. And I don't need a translater to understand them. I strongly re commend them to anyone who is in my same situation.

The install company I was sent to showed up 45 minutes late and did not have the right equipment. However, Guardian worked quickly to schedule me with another install shop for the same day. The second shop took 2 and half hours to complete my install.

The person I had talked to was very well spoken. He also had great knowledge about interlock devices as well as the DMV requirements regarding interlock devices you also offered me the promotion that the company was running at the time which I appreciate a lot of him too let me know that and enroll me in it. He instantly understood what I needed. So he also referred me to insurance company who deals with a certain 2 which is part of what I need did so I appreciate him a lot thank you so much great person great experience that I had with you guys. I really appreciate the fact that person was very well knowledgeable what about interlock as well as what goes with it. What I needed was SI22 as well with an interlock which he already knew so he had reformed me to accompany who deals with SR22 insurance. Thank you so much had a great experience I appreciate that a lot.
