France | 30 November 2024Their serum doesn’t have any effect, first of all. After using three bottles, I gave up. Customer service is terrible. I tried to contact them immediately after placing my order because I made a mistake with a bundle and wanted to swap it for the correct product. They ignored all my messages and sent the order anyway with the items I didn’t need. The return process is the cherry on top—you have to pay for shipping fees out of pocket, and they don’t provide a return label. Another scam “company” pretending to be helpful with hair growth. Don’t buy it—you’ll be disappointed. It’s money and time down the drain.

This is apparently very unusual, but there is always one!! Anyway, Monaliza in customer services and the rest of the team deserve a 5. They replied quickly to every email, took my concerns seriously and within a week I had a full refund. If you are thinking of trying these products and are worried about anything, be assured this company are 'on it'. Thank you very much Scandinavian Biolabs. Jools
