To make matters worst, when ask for its refund garantee they send you automtaed responsed why you can get it. Which didn't surprise me.

If you don't see visible results with our hair growth kit within 150 days, we'll give you your money back — no questions asked.” The reality: When I initiated contact about a refund, I was told that I must provide months of photos (every month since start, including a ‘before’ photo), submit justifications and only AFTER the 150 days of treatment have passed I can try to claim a refund. That’s a lot of questions asked. I’ve sent several emails repeating that I want to claim the advertised “no questions asked” refund, WITHIN 150 days but I have been rebuffed every time, and now they have stopped responding. Extremely worried that I will not get my money back, and will end up in court wasting yet more time and money :(
