The kit arrived with items missing so we were unable to complete it, however the online agent sorted this out very quickly, reported it and arranged to have a new kit sent out.

Still awaiting any test results or communications after sending away 6-7 weeks ago. Unhelpful and clearly a waste of money.

Results back within the week. Made contact again regarding deficiencies, seeking further advice & Lucie Ferková very helpful along with the team. I was in the middle of 4 week dietary cleanse (trying to aid eczema outbreak) when I took this test & not knowing if foods the cause, so all foods suggested for sensitivity already omitted. Will see if any further insight after further period.

I purchased the healthy stuff online pet sensitivity and intolerant test via amazon. when I received the pack, unfortunately it was missing the instructions, and the form to fill out. i emailed helathy stuff and got a quick reply from Lucie Ferková, who took ownership, sent out another pack, and helped track the envelope and made sure the testing the was processed faster than usual. I was so impressed by the one on one level of service so this was resolved in a quick and easy manner.
