Thanks Casey for your prompt response to my question about when I will receive my test results.

Pleased with test result format- very comprehensive. Disappointed with significant delay in receiving results (6 weeks from making the order). This was partly due to posting test to the UK from New Zealand, but the stated assurance that test results would be available within 3-5 business days did not eventuate and necessitated contact follow-up. The website should state the time span if ordering from outside the UK so one can have realistic expectations. Despite this, the test was worthwhile and value for money.

Getting everything sent off was quite easy, but I have sent emails to check if they received my package and/or to try to get some sort of ETA on the results. So far over a month since I sent the last request for info and still no responses. Beginning to think this is a scam

I recommend this test. I received the results today, earlier than specified. I emailed a couple of questions and I had an email back by return. I am impressed with the overall service and information.

Great, so helpful, really changed how I eat and now how I feel. Explains so much as to why I had so many stomach issues as a child.

Its a bit hard to review until we actually have got what we paid for i.e. the results. I think the review email would be more timely once we have received the results. I am unable to set up a profile to receive the results....

I asked for the results in English (I had received them in French since I'm French). Kai was highly responsive and sent me new files very quickly. Very good service. Thank you to the whole team.

I bought the test your pet's sensitivity test, that took 6 weeks to receive the results. It also turns out, they only tell you what their intolerance to things that are over 85%, no mention of that on the website. It came back his intolerance to things mainly, we all know you shouldn't feed dogs, sugar, dairy, raisins etc. What I wanted to know was his intolerance to the main food groups that dogs eat, chicken, beef, grains etc. He could have 84% intolerance to chicken, 83% intolerance to grains and a 4% intolerance to beef. But I'll carry on feeding him chicken because I didn't get the answers I needed. I'm right back to square one, for that reason this test was a complete waste of time and money.

Helaas nooit de resultaten ontvangen. Contact gehad met live chat. Vroegen of we opnieuw de test wilde afleggen. Toen ik vroeg waarom gaf ze aan dat waarschijnlijk de brief in de post was kwijt geraakt. Nu geld terug gevraagd, benieuwd of ik het daadwerkelijk ook ontvang…

Originally I had one star as after 23 days I had no confirmation that my test had been received. And could not get the app working or results via the website. A month after sending off test I got confirmation it had arrived, and they did fast track my results. Happy with the results now. If you are outside UK, I guess just expect a very long time to get acknowledgment your test has been received.

Why don't you just tell people that just for you to receive the hair sample could (and it did)take nearly a month. If I'd known that up front I wouldn't have gone around saying that you people were a scam. I even sent an email to your people that I thought it was a scam. I was so long waiting for any results to happen, I ended up going with your competitors, whose site was much more user friendly and informative. My results from them took about half the time, I actually got them 2 days after I finally got yours. Made for interesting comparison. Which one do you think is going to be more believable?
