I ordered a floor that was not in stock and they ordered it for me it took a while to be shipped due to the war and shipping being redirected however they kept me in the loop and once it arrived it was delivered promptly. so a big thankyou to you all, and I love the floor and would defiantly order from you again. thankyou

We ordered on the Thursday and the entire order arrived on the Tuesday the following week, they were no damages or missing items

Never again got a date for delivery but it was not available then they delivered it without letting me know it was coming so the man dropped it outside my house in the rain i asked if he could take it my house has iam disabled and had no idea the floor was coming paid 45 pound for delivery but they left it out side

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Sent out faulty flooring, all boards were warped and multiple had no laminate on the v grooves. Half the flooring had been laid by the fitters I’d hired by the time I got home & told them to stop as it was so poor quality. As the flooring has been used they have refused to refund or replace it which has left me out of pocket paying people to lay the floor and now having to pay again to have it taken up and replaced. I am in the process of reporting to trading standards and seeking advice from UKICC as this company seem unaware of the consumer rights act (or don’t think the law applies to them.)

The flooring I bought was exactly the colour and texture we were looking for. Unfortunately I ordered and paid for it before the company informed me that it was not in stock for at least 3 weeks. This meant I had to move several jobs around to accommodate this causing some disruption. The products I have had previously from Floors Direct have been as expected and fit for purpose but I cannot yet comment on the latest one as it has not yet arrived. If you haven't got it, don't sell it.

Unfortunately the first laminate I chose wasn't in stock so had to change, it was quick delivery, phone call communication was good but email to change order wasn't the best. Laminate is good but a good few were chipped, still able to use but couldn't be checked until opened as they were in between the good laminate

They sent the wrong floor. What I received wasn't even available on the website. More like clearing out their old stock. I ordered lught Oak effect, what I got was grey oak. Not helpful customer service.

They were great to deal with after another provider royally messed up our order and subsequently the job/timeframe. These guys went the extra mile, got the stock in overnight and out for delivery the next day to make sure I could keep the fitting appointment. Were on the end of the phone to help recommend and advise on products and were over £200 cheaper too!!!! Bonus! The

This company has been exceptional in their advice and swift delivery. I knew the flooring I needed and underlay and their price was the best I had found. I was worried that it would not compare with the quotes I had! Trust me this was as described. Free delivery from Birmingham to Essex was a real bonus. Well done Floors Direct.

My partner and I saw a really nice laminate elsewhere and it was extremely expensive. I have searched on the internet and found exactly the same brand and model much more cheaper on floorsdirect. I wanted to make sure that was the one I really wanted and ordered a sample. Sample arrived in 2 days and that was the one! I have ordered 13 packs. Delivery was exactly on the day they stated. The quality of the laminate is amazing. Even the fitter asked me where I bought them from. I was extremely lucky with the price, delivery and the quality. Strongly recommend.

Shocking service. 4 damaged boxes delivered (id ordered 39 boxes) sent photo right away of damaged boxes asking for them to take away the damaged boxes and replace with new boxes. I am in no way trying to bag 4 boxes for free of trust what yous are thinking? I just want damage free flooring for my house. I’ve called and emailed to be told well you can use damaged flooring which is absolutely pathetic customer service did I pay for damaged flooring no? I paid full price for the flooring i wanted. Our joiner has stated be wont use damaged flooring which is totally understandable. I’m really struggling to see the issue in replacing the 4 damaged boxes 🤷🏼‍♀️. Basic customer service would be to replace what’s damaged no? The damaged pics were sent straight from delivery still on the pallet where you can see the damaged boxes and the planks damaged inside. I get accidents happen etc but the obvious think here would be to replace the 4 damaged boxes When i sent in the pics two weeks ago instead of all this email back and forth and still not any further ahead.

Customer service is shocking Got issue with 4 boxes of flooring that have arrived damaged We kindly asked to replace and collect there 4 damaged boxes to be told you can still use some the boxes etc. Called to speak to them and they said why are you calling me just speak by email . Avoid this place!

Delivery was kerbside and I was unable to take delivery of this item because of a recovery from a broken patella. The customer services was appalling to say the least with them coming on the phone shouting at me. wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
