( only taken 10 years from promised ) half the Windows will not shut properly. Winter makes house cold . Not helped with the front door that is the only one in the close that has not been modernised so very draftee . Did get a quick response when leaking stop tap in bathroom thanks

United Kingdom | 30 October 2019Well not happy I live in a Brand new Bungalow in nice location but Bungalow is far from ideal. No air vents in the windows, Shower wet room floor is far from perfect keep moping every time I have a shower, Cooker hood been faulty now coming up for 18 months, reported lots of times. Something like air conditioning units are far from perfect. Lots of small bits that to be honest never should be if contractors had done the work property in first instance. House builder has obligations to for fill but does not give a dam its flagship to chase the house builder to get these repairs fixed. I have health problems this air con recycling unit in the home now come November is no good House is worth a bout £180.000 do Flagship worry about sustainability come 40 years down the line. Hope someone takes note as two stars soon be down to one dstar

United Kingdom | 29 October 2019Flagship didn’t do nothing for help us. Now I write here our problem with property and they send me leaflet how to get rid of mould. And how to register to swap house. But no one didn’t want swap out property. Because it’s terrible property . water comes from everywhere, we need to dig everything up and change all the pipes. This is a garage and not an apartment. I deprived you, we need another apartment. Nobody will go with us for an exchange, because there the living conditions are terrible. YOU UNDERSTAND IT. Come and see for yourself under what conditions we live and what we have to pay for! WE ONLY RUINING OUR HEALTH!!!!

United Kingdom | 26 October 2019That is the way it is ... letters ignored ... requestes for maintenance ignored ... if there was a '0' I would use that insted of '1' which is the lowest evaluation available. The only way to get anything done is to refer to a higher authority which we have been forced to do on two occasions - once directly, once indirectly and still things were not always sorted properly. Flagship officers tell lies ... say one thing and do another. Also make false accusations and fail to back them up, even when asked to !! Absolutely awful organisation - needs to be closed down and all their tenants should be returned to local authority management.

United Kingdom | 23 October 2019We had a major leak under our sink that meant we could not use our sink for washing up our dishwasher or washing machine, they gave us an appointment for a week's time. which meant we would be without the facilities that we need for over a week. having a disabled person living in the house this is not good enough my wife spoke to an unpolite lady on the phone. this was not dealt with in a professional manner, After complaining they fixed our leak without any problems and the plumber was very polite and professional. They just need to work on their administration and they would be a great company
